The store itself is nice but the customer service is a joke. I went to purchase some items and when it came time for the person I was with to pay for the 2 items they selected (about $300), the cashier said that because the person I was with was not a member that they could only pay cash. She was very rude about it too. I have been a member for over 10 years and have never had this problem at any other location. I was disgusted by the encounter and returned my items on the way out. The service desk clerk asked why I was returning and when I let her know it was because of the way we were treated she didnt seem to care at all. I will take my business to other locations.

This store is smaller than the graft on one. Was missing at least 2 products we wanted to buy. Of course this is grand opening weekend. All the staff was friendly. People just came to look which I expected but just stood and waited for handouts. The other noticeable thing is the location of the door in relationship to parking. I will be back to shop and this will be my regular Costco. Hoping they add my products

Not good! Went there to return some items my company bought for an event and they gave me a hard time about returning the items and wouldnt. Said the items shouldnt have been bought in the first place with using a personal costco card and a business card. You would think if it was their mistake that they would be willing to work with you, but no. They just wanted to be assholes!!!

As always great product. My stars are for the poor service. I was sent to this location because a friend signed up and I had a gift card waiting. Megan at the counter, totally unfriendly, didnt explain that melissa had to go and get gift cards (melissa apologized for my 5 minute wait). Megan was busy talking with another associate about quaker steak and lube.

I have always enjoyed going to the this Costco. It is clean and they have a large selection of most things. It is usually busy, but the store is setup so that there is usually good traffic lanes. The meat dept gets congested near the produce. They serve good samples on Saturdays. The staff is helpful when asked for assistance.

I had built up the impression that Costco was different than Sams Club. Its not. Just about everything, from the shelving and pricing signage to the store layout reminds me of Sams Club. The only difference seems to be the actual clientele, which isnt a huge difference. We did find a good deal on a vacuum cleaner here though.

Outstanding customer service, best organic selection, and low gas prices are all a plus, but the ladies in the optical center are the absolute best. The best, most comprehensive eye exam Ive ever had. I got my lenses and frames from Costco also. Cant praise this place enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a whole I really like the store but I was there this morning and bought a case of Premier Protein drinks...it was suppose to be a case of 18 but there were only 14 in the box. Dont know if youve had anymore complaints about that product but at 23.49 a case, 4 missing is a big deal!

Costco is a great place to shop. I could spend 1.5 hours. There and $150.00 more than planned. Highly recommend but I only gave you a 4 so you would realize there is always room for improvement.

I called the tire center, they asked me to hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes only for the service guy to tell me they are too busy I will need to call back. Horrible customer service!

Excellent selection and great prices. You can no longer order online and pick up in the store but thats a corporate decision. Similar to Sams Club but little better selection.

The meat / fish selection is worth the membership, higher quality and more inexpensive than others. Add gas that is always the cheapest and its a great place to shop

Love the fresh fruit and vegetables. Get better gas mileage with Kirkland gasoline and the member price can be up to 5 cents less per gallon than other stations.

This place is way better than Sams club. Awesome food in the court other than just pizza, but they have great organic options in the store and amazing prices.

Produce has been spoiling after 3 days at home. By this is mean it has mold growing near vine. Bagged bulk items wilt quickly. Disappointed.
