This was by far, the worst Costco I have ever been to. I am a reasonable, rational person, however, this experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I have been to numerous Costcos in many states. My wife is a member on her mothers plan, and I typically dont shop at Costco but she loves it. Sometimes, I will make a run to the store for her and she is busy, and pick up things that she wants your needs. I bring her card to the checkout and tell the associate that I am here shopping for my wife, and it has never been a problem. However, this Costco, had an associate and what looks like an assistant manager on a power trip, trying to make things difficult. After telling them that I was picking up some Edamame for my wife, which I was, they immediately started giving me pushback and telling me that I couldnt shop here and that it was against their policy to let anybody but the cardholder pay for merchandise. After debating with them and asking them if they would like the business and the money, the assistant manager asked me for my wifes card, and then wrote down the number, stating "Ill let it slide this time, but we will put a block on her card until she comes in and verifies things". This out a bad taste in my mouth, so out of spite, and confusion, I went to the member services counter and purchased a separate executive membership for my wife and I, just so she wouldnt have a hold on the account. It seems ridiculous that I had to do this, all because of a lack of understanding on the assistant managers part, and lack of compassion for a man shipping for his wife, who is a member. I will always recommend Costco as a store, and for the most part the attentiveness of their employees, but some of their employees need some improvement on their people skills.

Things are nice in there but I feel like they have poor customer service. Every time we try to use our ebt card, theres always something wrong. 5 times in a row were we used it and the cashier told us we need to contact our bank. The last time we ended up waiting in line for a period of time and where told to call the bank again. I told the cashier that he need to enter in the amount so that the ebt can go through the but the cashier kept on telling be there is a zero balance that I will have to call and they never enter in the balance like I told them to do. Well when I did call, it did have a balance. I told the cashier but supposedly they already close the draw and I will have to wait in the other long lines to redo my purchase. I was standing next to the cashier the whole time and watch them. They quickly checked the last person behind and close the draw right away when they knew I was going to talk to them about it. It is honestly poor service and I will not ever go back to shop or renew my membership with Costco. The supervised was standing there the whole time and didnt say a word. This is poor customer service and management. It is a very disappointing whole sale to shop at. If I do have to get things at Costco, I will not shop at the one in Bellevue , WI. Id rather drive down to Milwaukee to shop.

I switched from Sams to COSTO in Green Bay, WI last year and had my new tires purchased from COSTCO. When I got home one of the tires was leaking air. I had to rush it back to COSTCO before air ran out. After spending two more hours tech came back and said the sensor is damaged. So how the heck you damaged my tire sensor? After I got home next day I saw oil under the front tire. Called them back asked them what happened. They denied that they did anything. After a week or so after this incident I went under the Truck and found the oil leaking from strut. filled in incident report and someone called me back from IL. He denied any damage was done in the shop. Took to the Honda Dealer and found out front Strut is Blown. What the heck COSTCO incompetent workers did in the shop is beyond me. It cost me 800 eight hundred dollars for this fix. What a nightmare. I will never buy Tires from COSTCO and thinking seriously going back to Sams

I have shopped at Costcos for quite a number of years here and, in a few other States. First let me say the folks who work in the Store couldnt be more helpful and pleasant. My only problem is that there are not enough Scooter chairs. I am handi-capped, Ive been to the Bellevue store 3 times since you opened, the first time I made do using a wheelchair of course I did not purchase much. The second time I just left, yesterday I followed someone until they were done and got a Scooter. Please have a few more in the store Im sure all of us who need them would appreciate the consideration. Thanks

This is a terrific and spotless store. We have been members since they opened here and have only positive experiences. First- the food and merchandise is excellent. Kirkland brands never disappoint. The fresh produce is top notch just be prepared to eat a lot or share! Secondly- because they treat their employees well the service is outstanding! Smiling helpful people are always a plus. The website even has a bar graph showing busy hours! Plenty of convenient parking in a clean and well planned lot... I actually look forward to shopping there!

Spent the past hour going through the store with the Walmart app on my phone. Almost every single item was either the same price or cheaper at Walmart. Not worth the membership. I noticed that a lot of items were smaller quantities but more units to make it look cheaper. Instead of 20oz Gatorade, they had them in 16oz bottles so they could say it was more bottles. Really overpriced considering they brand themselves on wholesale and charge $55-110 per year for a "membership".

If you bought tires from Costco tire center. Good luck getting your tires rotated. You have to schedule an appointment. Then wait 45 minutes for them to do the job. You cant even show up within 5 minutes of opening in the morning to get this done because there are 5 cars ahead of you. And then its a two hour wait for a 10 job. At a center with three car bays. So either do it yourself or pay some place to do it for $20. Thats the Costco savings working for you.

I have been a member of COSTCO for 35 years, beginning in California. EVERY COSTCO I have ever visited has been exemptlatory! The Kirkland brand is a staple in my home, and their products have always met or exceeded name brands of the same. I am over the moon that a new COSTCO is opening in Appleton, WI just 1 1/2 miles from my home. I will be their best customer! LOVE COSTCO!!

Terrible customer service! Ive had a membership since they opened, January was supposed to be my renew month, but wasnt able to renew till this past March and was told it would run through March of next year, WRONG! You have to wait 3+ months to get the full year after membership has expired. Didnt see this "clause" posted anywhere! Wont be renewing and would not recommend!
