The only reason that I even gave 1 star is because I had to. I will never step foot in the Costcos tire shop again. The manager, Cory is a joke and a racist, immature joke. He actually pulled the race card on me. If I were Costco, I would be looking for a new tire shop Manager. Management is a joke throughout the store including the tire shop Managers Managers. Stay out of there. Oh I heard also you can threaten to sue Costco and they will jump through hoops and pay you off even if the whole complaint was bogus and a lie. Stupid if you ask me. Really stupid. Anyone looking for brand new furniture, just take your old furniture or Anything back to Costco and they will refund your money or give you brand new stuff no matter how old it is or in what condition. It really does not even have to be bought at Costco and they will take it.

I have never written a bad review before, However I have never been so disappointed in Costco and the customer service I received. My husband and I have been members since they opened in Montgomery. We have ALWAYS used one card. I was in Costco on Friday and was only purchasing 4 boxes of mints and was told because my husband was the name on the account that "only members can shop here!" I understand that they are trying to keep it for members only, but we have the same last name, I wasnt trying to buy a ton of product, and both the cashier and supervisor were very UNHELPFUL to say the least. From a customer service stand point, they should have let me make my purchase and tell me next time it would have to be different or they need to start checking cards AND NAMES at the door before getting to the checkout!

Costco good. Silly complaints bad. Costco offer refund for broken item- BAD! He want exchange - he no happy with money! Employee say "no problem" instead of "you are welcome" - BAD! COSTCO close at 6 on weekend and customer no pay attention to hours when sign up but live hour away - BAD! I tell you what is BAD - Dumb customer with unreal expectation - BAD!!! Customer too dumb to ask when store close - BAD!!! Costco no exchange item for item - bad? maybe but Costco offer REFUND NP PROBLEM! Costco Good! Dumb customer - BAD!! Costco GOOD! Samples Good! Low Prices GOOOOD!! Hours posted where everyone can see them EVEN when they sign up for first time - GOOD!!! Costco employees good!!! Moral of story: Dumb customer - BAD!!!!!! COSTCO- GOOOD!!!!!!!!!!

Up until now I couldnt think of a single problem with this store, until you try to return an item for exchange (with the receipt) that was broken in the box. The item I bought was for the company and a company credit card was used, when I went for a straight across exchange I was told I needed to go back to the company and get the credit card that was used so they could refund the money. Im not trying for a refund I am trying to just do an exchange. Just one more way a company that has it going on cant keep up the good work. Cutting card up and shopping elsewhere from now on.

The cashier should replay "thank you" when a customer pays not "here you go." "No problem" is also not an acceptable substitute for "you are welcome." AND, you have to compete with the Costco employees to get anything at the tasting stations. My observation is that staff attitudes and service orientation have gone downhill over the last couple of years. Not at the Walmart level yet but heading in that direction. Just a little leadership from the management team could reverse that trend.

Always love going to Costco. One of the very first times I went with my family to stock up for snacks for our trip to Disney world. I accidentally set my keys down and couldnt find them. Most employees acted like "oh well", but one sweet lady named Fawn helped me look for them - even looking through the trash. I finally found them at the guest services booth and the person just didnt look good enough to see the keys. Im thankful for Fawn for helping me and taking time out of her day!

Id like to commend Celeste who has been the greeter when Ive visited the store. An out-of-towner from Las Vegas, NV, I am visiting military family members and am impressed by her level of energy, friendliness, and professionalism. Other store associates are friendly as well, so pats on the back all around, but especially want to give a prop to Celeste!

Always pleasant experience at this store. Much better than other Costco and the competing warehouse in town. Items are of higher quality at competitive price and staff is very responsive, informative and efficient. Quick check out without long lines. Gas is also of better value here.

Ive been with this costco for about a year now and its been a great experience from the start yea there has been a couple of bumps along the way but you just have to keep on moving the employees here are beyond amazing people friendly fun to work with I will miss you guys

Staff could not be friendlier! Was passing through on way from Baton Rouge to Auburn. Needed a sandwich tray for a tailgate. Thanks to Jackie for baling us out! She went over and above the call of duty to help us! Great store. Bright, clean, and wonderful staff.

After purchasing an executive membership...We drive over an hour, ( we live out of the city) only to find that Costco had just closed...at 6 on a Saturday??!!?? Really? We have very busy lives and if Id know the hours were so limited and I wouldve gone else where.

Not sure we renew membership. Lately finding produce overipe but still for sale. Increasingly poor customer service week by week. No need to pay for the privilege to shop here when other stores are at least trying to improve customer service.

I really like this store. Not much more I can say. Every employee that I have come in contact with has been very nice, and professional. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars, is because no one is perfect. Really good store.

Costco happens to be one of my favorite stores. My wife and I go to Costco once or sometime twice a week. The store is always clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable for buying in bulk .

This is the best retail store/outlet that I have ever been to visit! GREAT SERVICE & wonderful prices for the most part. I give them a 99 out of 100 . Very good experience 9+ out of 10 visits. COUDOS!!!
