If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT EVER buy tires or get your tires repaired at this establishment! I bought a set of 4 tires from bjs tire section for about $1000. Good warranty purchase, and garantee of free rotations/balancing/repair. I had hit a pothole in the road recently and blew out my front right tire. I replaced the tire with the spare donut and took the damaged tire on the rim straight to bjs on a Thursday afternoon, leaving the tire AND the rim over the weekend. They informed me that they would order the tire and have it ready to go by Monday. When I came in Monday, they had not put the newly ordered tire on my rim, then proceeded to explain to me that they had not gotten the correct paperwork from me initially on that previous Thursday. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, even though they had failed to inform me of the mishap via telephone, assuming mistakes happen, and gave them the other paperwork they had requested. The next morning I had discovered a slow leak in one of the OTHER tires. I returned to bjs to pick up my tire on TUESDAY, and to let them know about the slow leak in my other tire. At this point they had STILL failed to fix the tire I had initially brought to them. I explained to them very calmly, despite my high level of irritation at this point, that I no longer felt safe driving my car around on a donut spare tire and a tire with a slow leak, and asked if I could leave my car overnight. They said it was fine but that if anything happened to my vehicle that "bjs was not responsible for any damage." I said thats fine, I really just want you to fix my tire by tomorrow please, and order another tire to replace the one with the slow leak by Friday, if possible. He took my phone number down and told me that he would call me to let me know when it was done. The next day, WEDNESDAY, I did not receive a phone call all morning. I tried to call bjs tire department, several times, and got no response. I came in on my lunch break, for the third day in a row now, and they STILL had not replaced my tire. The manager was there this time, thank god! I asked the man whom I spoke with the previous day, if they had at least put the tire on the rim yet, and why hadnt finished the job yet, to which the gentleman became very defensive and extremely argumentative. I told the man right in front of his boss, "look I dont blame you, I know you all have been busy here, but I have been basically car-less since last Thursday and I really just want you to fix my tire." He proceeded to tell me That he had been trying to contact me, which he had not (I had 0 missed calls) and that I was supposed to pay for the tire before he could put it on the rim and onto my car, which I had been completely unaware of until this point. His boss lady finally cleared thing up and he started the process of replacing my tire. When his boss walked away he said to me " I cant believe you would do me like that" to which I said, "do you like what? Im the one who hasnt had a drivable car for almost a week now!" He kept shaking his head and mumbling, and the. I asked him if he wanted me to wait or if I should just come back later to pick up my car, to which he replied "thats on you." I decided to leave because I had to be back at work and did not want to waste any more of my time being belittled and treated poorly as a customer. His boss called me about an hour later and informed me that my car was ready, and that the warranty I had purchased did not cover the second damaged tire that had a slow leak. Now, not only have I paid $1,000 for the initial set of tires, but I had to wait 6 DAYS for them to put one tire on one rim, was lied to and treated very poorly by the staff, and I still had to pay about $33.00 for the replacement tire. Also, they refuse to replace the other tire that I bought with under warranty.

For the past 3 years until today me and my mom never have be treated with so disrespect from this store. The deli section gave us a hard time and didnt for 1 give the right amount of meat and started talking to a different customer and served them and did not finish are order. we now go less frequently there and if we have the same lady again we dont wont her serving us ever again.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Jeannie with customer service for the excellent customer care I received. She went above and beyond to help understand the situation and took care of it fully. Store was always clean and organized. Used the car service multiple times and very pleased. Just wish BJs had more locations so there was one closer in our new house!

Absolutely amazing and totally worth the membership. Works even better for those who coupon. Coupon station at the door as you walk in store map located near customer service and the gas prices are amazing. Imagine what you spend at Sams Club and then ask yourself how much less it would be if you could use coupons.

Last weekend there was a sign that said 10 cents off per gallon with purchase in store. I purchased about 95 dollars and did not get my gas discount That was to be the last day for this offer. The gas clerk said said the offer expired in April. The sign said Mary 31st was the last day. I was disappointed.

This is indeed a wholesale club. It has a different selection than Samsung which also has a location in town. Its near Cross Creek Mall and fresh market store. Of note is the fact you can buy gas line here at a very inexpensive price. They have a snack bar with pizza and hotdogs.

So easy to shop here. Got a discount on membership for being a Veteran! My wife and I really enjoy the prices & coupons that we can use to bring overall costs down. And I love getting my gas here because they are one of the lowest price per gallon in Fayetteville.

I love BJs! Similar to Cosco, definitely much nicer than Sams Club! They already have great prices, and in addition, they send coupon books in the mail each month & honor additional coupons on top of that! Highly recommend!
