Well first off i left work early and I drove a hour and a half to come see a jeep I had seen online that they had told me was on the lot. I get there and there is no jeep the place was really ratty and the sales man didnt greet me with a hand shake I get in there and there is some trashy sales woman talking about her personal life and swearing about what she has going on out loud for everyone to hear. Then they ask me to get all my proof of incomes which thats fine I understand but while Im doing this it takes a good while maybe a hour and a half to get online and pull all of this up and get it printed mean while the jeep is still no where to be seen I get all my proof of income ect.. And I wait no ones says anything to me about a ETA on the jeep meanwhile Im being questioned about what I do the so called salesman asked me if I worked in the oil and gas field which I do I responded with a yes sir I do then he decided to ask me if I was a hole watch?! I laughed and said no Im not Im a craftsman I work in I&C commissioning he kinda laughed as if he didnt give two cents about it I think when he heard I made what he makes in three months I make in a week it may have rubbed him wrong but who cares its my choice my career no one told you to go be a car salesman anyhow Im getting hungry and I ask him any word on when the jeep will be here and he looks at me and says ehhhhhh Im not sure? I said ok fine Im gonna go eat he said ok go eat and come right back. Seriously by this time Im pretty agitated and ready to just not come back but I go and eat for a hour and come back still no jeep! I pull back in their crappy parking lot off hwy 249 and I walk in there and no ones there to tell me whats going on. Finally he comes out and I ask him whats going on with the jeep? He says well were making sure your gonna get approval through the bank before we bring it? Im like what? How do you expect me to buy something when Ive never even seen it in person?? He said come back here and talk to my boss finally someone who knows something right? No way! I get back there and its this shady looking office and some old mans back there and he shakes my hand and says hey there Im trying to get approval but it looks like they put a $8000 lift one the jeep, Im like ok and hes like so there wanna take your truck and $8500 and a trade in mind you my truck is a 2014 Silverado LTZ with all the bells and whistles when I spoke to some guy over the phone he told me yea 5 grand down will get you in there jeep then I drive all the way there and they screw me around on the down payment and offered me 20,000 on my trade in! A complete rip off! They have horrible service! A horrible staff! Trashy ass people! Pot holes all over the parking lot! And most importantly thru lie to you just to get you in the door! Then turn around and tell you something else! Im actually happy things didnt go through Id sure hate to have to deal with these type of people for a 4-5 year agreement

I buy a car from here and I love it. the fact that my credit is bad but they work with me on my down payment was a great help. they even gave me a gap warrenty with my car and set up my insurance for me to. at first I couldnt find anything on the lot so they let me look online and the next day I was able to come back and they went and got it for me. I have low monthly payments that I was surprised about. I talk to the lady that sold me my car for a while before I bought my car and she was so informative and made buying a car easy and fun. there was another couple there at the time and the guy was mad because his credit was so low and they asked him for a high down and he started yelling like it was they fault he had bad credit. thats why I rated 4 stars I think they need to get a guard to control the ungrateful people that dont know how to be respectful. but without that incident I love my sales lady and will be buying again in the future

Terrible experience, got an approval over the phone, drove 45 min there only for them tp tell me the vehicle had been sold, then 10 min later its in the shop at a different location. I was told to call the other lot and inquire about the vehicle because the salesman felt the other lot was lieing about the vehicle being sold...Then I was told the price had been raised due to a lowering kit installed. I went to the other lot and saw the vehicle for myself. All suspension components were dirty and rusted. No type of work had been done to that vehicle.Internet pictures left out the wrecked areas of the vehicle. Lie after lie....save your time and money. This is a classic bait and hook car lot / snake pit.

OMG I love working with Ms. Neka she got me my car and I didnt even have to put anything down. she walked thru the whole process with me and all I had to do was bring my old car and sign some papers and drive off. she was so nice and friendly and ...Human. not your typical car salesman. if you buy a car from here ask for her she is so honest and up front. thank Ms. Neka I will be sending people your way!!!!

Dont goo ! ! ! ! We walked in and saw customer who gave them.Mooney been talked to like she was a child.. Pushy sells men .. Not a great selection ... Always ask for money even when your not sure which car you want.
