I cant say enough great things about this group of people.. When we first went to visit the dealership, Angel met us and answered all of our questions.. He was not pushy, only friendly.. We went back a few hours later to test drive a couple of trucks my husband liked. They were all beautiful trucks with low miles and great prices... It made it difficult to pick one.. They were very patient with us as we made our decision. Once we chose our new truck they went right to work on making us the best deal possible. After working and agreeing on numbers we were all happy with, Roel "Taco" went right to work securing us the best possible rate.. We couldnt be happier with our new truck or the service we received. Oh and did I mention, that even though they close at 7:30 on Saturdays, they all (including the owner, Tony) stayed until 9 pm to make sure we were happy with our purchase and the terms.. and they all did so with a smile.. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a great vehicle at a great price... Thank you to everyone at Pre-owned Express for making this such an amazing experience for us..

I went in this week to get a car from these gentlemen. I have owned cars in the past but I have never financed one or used a dealership. Needless to say, I was nervous, intimated, and excited all at the same time. Angel and "Taco" were two of the FRIENDLIEST people, I have ever met! They were super nice, supportive, and patient with me! Not only did they make the entire experience way less scary than I thought, they ALSO went way way WAY above and beyond (even after the sale was done. haha!) to make sure that I was a happy customer. There arent even enough words to express how happy I am with this purchase and my decision to use this dealership! <3 The 5 star rating is not too good to be true! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with respect, support, exceptional service and no hassles. A thorough test drive proved this was the best Tacoma wed seen, and the price was exceptional. A great deal on warranty made it even better. After a streamlined transaction, we drove away with a Tacoma that wouldnt have been more beautiful and tighter than if it was new. When I emailed Pre-Owned about a car they had online, they were super quick to respond. I was able to test drive the car the next day and purchase it. The car I was purchasing came with wheel locks and the previous owner did not have the key. Pre-owned payed for the replacement and made it easy for me to get it done while still being able to drive off with my "new" car. Victor was helpful.

I sent an inquiry using Car Guru and the response I was very fast. A salesmen named Angel had called, left a message, sent an email and text me in less than five minutes. When I got to the dealership the process was a bit faster than a big dealership. Although I didnt get a discount on the price of the vehicle they did offer a lower rate than what I already had.
