Outstanding customer service from TJ and his staff. They were very professional and friendly with my husband and I. My husband found a vehicle on the internet that he was interesting in buying and it was at Texas Quality Auto. We have always purchased our vehicles from large dealerships so I was a little scared seeing that this was a small lot. But after talking with TJ for a while he calmed my nevers. This is the best kept secret in Houston. I will be sending more customers to them. This is a very honest man to work with. The car that we purchased on Saturday before leaving the oil light came on. TJ personally took my husband and I to his auto mechanic shop to reset the oil light because they had just changed the oil in the car. He had the car detail and even put gas in it. Ive sold cars and the cliché is true, you cant sell a salesman. I am absolutely sold on Texas Quality Auto!!! Hands down the best car buying experience Ive ever had! First class service and I ended up with a first class vehicle (Infiniti M35.) TJ redefines the term used car salesman, as someone thats not only super cute, but someone you can trust to sell you a quality vehicle at an affordable price. Hes honest and upfront about everything and genuinely tries to help people. The industry definitely needs more people like him. If Im ever in the market again, for myself or my kids, Texas Quality Auto will be my car buying home. I dont vouch for too many people in this world, but Id definitely vouch for TJ if my friends or family needed a vehicle

I must admit Im kind of leery when it comes to dealing with a small lot off the main road, especially when it came to a car for my son. I did my research on the car and the business before I even stepped foot on the lot and I was well pleased in the owners honesty. The car had a few issues but TJ took the time and made sure to make it right before I signed the papers. I actually look forward to taking it back for the 90-day follow-up oil change he offered. If you are in the market for a used car, do your research and give him a chance to make it right and you will not be disappointed.
