I bought a Mini Countryman from Extreme Autoplex in December of 2016. I had the car shipped to Colorado. I was barely 10 miles into driving the car home (100 mile journey) & it started shaking & had no power going up hills. I just made it to the next town where I pulled into a dealership. They ran a diagnostic test on the car & it was only running on 3 cylinders - broker air filter hose, one of the coils wasnt working & I needed all new spark plugs. Repairs took almost a week - I had to ride the bus home then make a 3 hour round trip the next week to get the car. $892 later & several long distance trips I was on my way home with my new/old car. Tried to get Extreme Autoplex to contribute to the repairs (seeing as they also wouldnt budget $1 on the sale price) & they said "not their problem". Offered me a $100 gift certificate to not write a bad review which was more like a slap in the face. Unfortunately I had a textbook nightmare used car dealership experience with these guys.

I purchased a BMW x5 in February 2017 and I had a great experience. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and have had many interactions with people in business during my 33 years as an attorney in Houston. The owner of the business is professional and efficient. He did what he said he was going to do. He got me better financing than my own credit union. He also replaced the brakes one week after I purchased the vehicle when the brake sensor came on, when he didnt have to. I purchased the vehicle "as is". All of the staff I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. I do not understand the reviews that say negative things. They probably came from his competitors. I strongly recommend Extreme Autoplex and will be using them for future purchases.

Bought a Nissan quest a little over a month ago(i waited to write to make sure the vehicle lived up to my expectations) i had an absolutely awesome salesman and the entire process was very smooth. I was very surprised that they could get me approved with my credit and they were able to keep my payments where i wanted them. The van is great and ha ent had any problems with it (besides needing to change the rear brake pads about 2000 miles after i got it-leaking which they offered to help me with) overall it was the best car buying experience ive ever had and i will be returning when i decide to upgrade my work truck.

I had previously been to other high volume dealerships and the experience was less than satisfying. I decided to see what vehicles Extreme Autoplex may have available. Chad my salesman was very helpful when I arrived. I had the pleasure of meeting Malik the owner on my second visit and we struck a deal. They went above and beyond with assisting in financing and getting deal closed. It is always a pleasure to deal with small businesses who follow through on what they promise. Thanks Malik and the Extreme team. I will be sure to call when I am ready for my next vehicle!

Very professional and honest. I bought a car from out of town. They were so helpful and guided me to go through car inspection. That saved me a trip from Dallas to Spring, TX. This is the first time I buy a car without seeing it, but I am very happy doing so with Extreme Autoplex. Their price was fair, the car was true and straight . They shipped the car to me and the car arrived without any issue. I am very happy with them. They were always responsive and their guidance is priceless. Keep up the good work guys....

Me and My Family visited this dealership while we were on a vacation to Houston, TX we stopped by to look at a van my Wife liked the 2011 Toyota Sienna Limited that was so nice car was very clean drove it back to Jackson,Ms We had no issue with it the service at the place was excellent great sense of humor we were very pleased with EXTREME AUTOPLEX LLC we just need to say to the gentlemen who sold us the van thank you for the deal you made me and family very happy

I bought a car in November 2016 at this dealer, the seller said that the car had a warranty for 3 months, started having problems with the engine after a month I bought it, I went to the dealer to get help and they said there was not Signed the guarantee and they could not do anything for me .. I do not recommend this place at all because they will only do fraud on you, I paid $ 500 to fix my car

Great dealership - Chad is a very friendly and down to earth guy. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. The manager is a business man, but also fair, and you cant complain about that. Ive had my share of run-ins with shady used car lots but this is NOT one of them. Would recommend them to anyone.

Great car. The Malik was very accommodating with the sale. It took a while to get a part for it that we had agreed he would purchase to replace a door panel, but he is a man of his word and I am pleased with his service. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a reasonable price on a quality vehicle.

Run for your life, there is guy with beard Indian looking guy he is given me worst customer service ever, he have attitude like he own ferrari dealership, they sell stupid auction cars but attitude is like they own ferrari dealership. I wish I could give then no stars.

I purchased a 2006 Saturn Vue in April. The staff was very helpful. My salesman Chad was really easy to work with. I had one problem and as soon as I told the owner he went out of his way to help me. I would recommend buying a car here for sure!
