I flew in to buy an RV from Roadsters sight unseen. I called them twice on the phone and my first question was, "Did you use the generator to start the A/C?" Both times the answer was, "Yes, everything works." The generator is a $3,000 option, so I was concerned about this. When I flew down, they picked me up from the airport and they were very friendly. The first thing I did was start the generator and it didnt start. They immediately told me that their mechanic looked at it and thought that it wasnt getting fuel. After trying to get it serviced in town, I was unable to find anyone to work on it on a Saturday and I was forced to return home. The service people quoted me $700 to $1000 to fix what they thought could be wrong. I told Roadsters that if I was to purchase the van, I would need it in the condition they told me it was in. I would drive back to my city and they would pay the bill to get the generator running from the RV shop of their choosing. They refused and offered me $500 off the price. I reluctantly accepted, stating that I was taking a huge risk. In addition to the normal used car problems which can be expected, (Blown speakers, bad fan, etc), It turned out that there was both a bad fuel leak from the gas tank because they installed the fuel pump wrong, the generator had a bad carburetor, and it had the fuel line backward. $1,400 later and the vehicle was in the condition they described. When selling vehicles online, honesty is everything. I believe they honestly planned to have the vehicle fixed by the time I flew down, but their mechanic couldnt fix it and even made the problem worse. Unfortunately, the distance between honesty and reality for me was over $800.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had anywhere. I flew out from Atlanta a week after I put a deposit down on an Isuzu Trooper with 50k miles on it. They were supposed to fix the ABS before I got there and when I flew in it still wasnt ready. I arrived at 9am and the driver who picked me up was driving extremely recklessly in a BMW weaving in and out of traffic..when I got there I had to wait 7 1/2 hours before I even saw the car. The car wasnt what I expected but overall nice. We agreed on a price and I was sent on my way back home. Right when I got out of Houston my car started to have all kinds of issues...running rough, randomly cutting off while driving which was quite dangerous, and the car wouldnt crank every time I had to stop and restart the car. I was stuck in Louisiana for 4 hrs and the dealership would not return my calls. Finally I made it home and got in contact with the dealership and they told me to try and figure out what the issue was before taking in to the shop. I have put less than 1,800 miles on the truck and Now my car will barely run and check engine light is on, still cuts all power off on the car while Im driving and its leaking oil. Still runs extremely rough after I spend $500 on spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, etc..now they wont even talk to me or return calls or emails. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM this DUMP OF A PLACE...!

Recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee low mileage look good... After talking to Salim at Roadsters Auto with his input and stating they stand behind the cars and stating it was inspected by his mechanics... I was in good condition and everything was working... I bought the Jeep for my wife... Jeep has turned out to be a nightmare bad brakes... none working lights... rear main leaking badly... lift kit installed badly.. I had to pullout the complete front differential because of the rust has eaten most of the brackets and bolts... coil spring supports rusted thru mechanic stated it was extremely dangerous to drive... Salim has stalled and went back on his word numerous times... $1500 and counting with me doing the work... ask for help and got nothing in response...BEWARE STAY FAR AWAY!! COMPLETE RIPOFF!!

I was looking for a conversion van about 9 months ago. And it was very difficult trying to find them in my home city...there arent too many conversion vans out there. I started my search online and came across Roadsters Auto. They had a nice selection of conversion vans and the prices were very reasonable. I lived 4 hours away and went to look at two that I was interested in. They were both to my liking and ended up choosing the beauty I have now. The transaction was very smooth and the van has been very good to me. My family loves it! I check out there website every so often and always see a nice selection of conversion vans...strongly recommend if your looking for a conversion van purchase.

I recently bought from Roadsters Auto a used Jeep Wrangler decked out with a lift, tires, rims, winch, nice bumpers, loaded with all the options I desired. I did a lot of research before buying this custom Jeep and I found out that I received the best deal for the best value for the dollar. I flew down from Baltimore for the day to pickup my vehicle. They picked me up from the airport and everything was exactly as expected, the truck is marvelous and I drove it back home with no issues or complaints. Roadsters are fully vested in creating a real Wow experience and ultimately creating a super happy customer who loves their new vehicle.

I had to fly in to get the car a Toyota FJ . I found the Car on CarGurus. It was priced very well. They would not come down on their price, but it was already a couple thousand below the market value. Salim had a car sent to pick me up from the airport. Great guy. They had the car ready for me to test drive, by my self, witch I liked. Loved the car. It was as he said. Salim had me in and out very fast financed at a good rate. I was very worried flying in from out of state if the car was going to be as he said. It was and I love the car. Everybody involved was very nice. I would buy from Roadsters auto again.

I have been casually looking for a very specific make and model pick-up truck for the past 8-12 months on the internet. I got very serious about purchasing 2 months ago. I live in Suwanee, Georgia, outside Atlanta and had no problem buying sight unseen from a reputable dealership or individual. My wife found the perfect truck on the web at Roadsters Auto. Ed was the salesman, represented the vehicle very accurately, was very cooperative with the pre-purchase inspection company (Texas First Auto Inspections) we used and the transport company. My experience could not have been better unless we lived locally. Dr. Rick D.

I live in Nevada and bought a 2003 Hummer H2 from Roadsters off the internet. I dealt with a sales person Ed, who answered all my questions, as I bought the vehicle sight unseen. I wasnt going to fly to Houston Texas to test drive so I had to trust Ed and Roadsters. The transaction went fast and smooth with great communication. The vehicle was picked up within a day and delivered to me 4 days later. Ed did everything he said hed do and the vehicle was as I expected it to be based on our conversations. Ed also followed up after I received the vehicle to make sure all went well and that I was satisfied with my purchase.
