Dont ever buy a car here...I went and signed the contract for a car and realized it was the worse thing I could have ever done. As the car was running in the lot waiting for me to ride off in it, the car started smoking and cut off...I was forced to leave the car there over the weekend while they worked on it and told me that it would be ready monday. When I came monday at 12 noon, they then told me that the car wasnt ready but would be ready later that day. I got a call 4 hours later telling me not to take the trip to the Dealership because the car wouldnt be ready til the next day. The next day arrives and the car is finally ready...a car that I purchased on saturday, I wasnt able to drive off in until Tuesday afternoon. After driving the car for 3 Minutes around the block, I realized that I didnt want the car after all. I went back to discuss a trade for a car of similar pricing and mileage and the finance manager told me that they would have to contact the Bank and would let me know what could happen. The next day, I contacted the Bank and was informed that it would be no issue with them and if the Dealership allowed me to make a trade, then it would be no problem...when I proceeded to tell the manager this, he told me that he would call me back and let me know...the same guy who told me that it was all up to the Bank....Jack...is his name...needless to say I never got a call back, so just decided that I would just accept the car, even though I still havent had the car for a full week yet. Just as I decided to leave the trade issue alone, my check engine light comes on and as I decide to wait another day to bring it back to have them check it out...the check engine light starts blinkin also...so now Im afraid to even drive the car back to the shop to get it checked out because who knows whats going on with the car...and by the way...IVE ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR 6 DAYS!!!!!!! Dont make the same mistake that I made...

If you are thinking about coming here to try to avoid the car dealerships hassle then your looking in the wrong place. Bought a car from here cash. They would not release the license plates because they didnt put in there system the car was payed for so every time we called to check on the plates we were told we had a balance due on the vehicle (which was paid for by cash) after 2 months of the paper tags being expired and 4 phone calls a day to them they finally sent the license plates to me. I was expecting the Texas title to come with it. No it did not. Come to find out they put a lein on the tittle and refused to release it. 6 months go by of more phone calls and even had the Houston police department question them about not releasing the title to me. There excuse was "it was filled in the wrong box" had I known who ran this company and the troubles that would have come with it I would have never driven from Dallas to Houston to by the car from them. The group of people that own/run this business are working under deceptive practices and have no interest in helping there customers. All they want is the for your money to clear the bank and for you not to bother them. All of these "good reviews" on here are from friends of the people who work at this dealership. Do not be mislead by false 5 star reviews

I purchased a Lexus in March by this dealership. Anyone looking to buy a vehicle, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They do unprofessional business here. They scam people for their money. I put $10K down and than after agreeing to my down payment that asked for an additional $3K for fees that they couldnt even explain to me why I had to put money down. After a Month of having this car, It broke down on me. I took the car back to them and they said it was in perfect condition when I drove off the lot. Not only did they not guarantee their work, I than paid another $5K to have their body shop work on the car. Since they were supposedly working on my car it took them forever to get fixed. It was about a month in the shop than When I got a call that it was ready for pick up, I come to the shop to pick it up to find out I had to pay another fee of $1,500 for mistaken of under charging me for the fixtures. If I hadnt paid these fees they were not going to release my car to me. Having this car and dealing with this dealership has been a nightmare and I DO NOT RECCOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Use extreme caution with this dealer. They are unprofessional, unhelpful, and smart. Bought a car less than 10 yrs old under 100k miles that broke down less than two weeks after i got it. I do not live anywhere near Houston TX, so I called and emailed to ask them what work had been done on the car, and what they are willing to do to fix the problem. No one has called me back and I got no response to my email. Unfortunately, in TX, since they stated the car "AS-IS" I have little rights. I have taken it to multiple mechanics who said that damage was from a botched timing job, reveled by the very new timing belt on the car. There is nothing on car fax about this service being done, and none stated by the dealer. This is only 0NE of the issues I had with this car purchase from Harris Motors. The car of your dreams my be there but be sure you get a mechanic to look over the vehicle thoroughly before you buy from this business. Do not buy blindly. Make sure you check airbags, rust, and ensure the car has a valid state inspection sticker. Also, expect that the car will not be just as it appeared in the add you saw. Good luck.

just a good advise for fellow car buyers, learn from my mistake, buying from this dealer will get you a nightmare instead of a car, I bought what I thought according to them is a good clean h3 hummer, they assured me on the phone that I will be happy with this car,but when I received my car it was nothing like described, and not equipped as pictures that where provided, may be its my fault for trusting them, it was suppose to be an ebay purchase, but they managed to get me to buy outside of ebay, should have been my first clue, had I bought on ebay I would have been protected, but they knew that, and thats how they scammed me, which is probably how they scam many others. please please please be very careful with these guys, and better yet buy from someone else unless youre looking for a nightmare, oh and by the way Im not going to take this lying down, I have contacted a lawyer, who told me that I have a good fraud case, and just like they gave me a nightmare, I will give them one too, thats a promise, overall they are a very unethical business who prey on trusting consumers like me.
