This Walmart has been getting a remodel for the past couple months and every single time I go in, stuff is in a different location. I understand that a certain level of patience is required when a big store is making changes that will ultimately benefit me. But what frustrated me on my last visit is the level of rudeness coming my way from the store employees! I was trying to find something, no one could help me (probably because no one knows where anything is). I asked about a price on one thing that had two different prices listed and the woman rudely told me the price as if I should have known that myself and why was I bothering her. Then one of the employees working in the self checkout areas was short with me as well. She acted like her job was too important to be polite to me. Maybe if the remodel is causing their employees so much stress and frustration, they should train them how to handle it! Does anyone teach their employees to value customers anymore? I shop at this Walmart all the time and have never met so many rude employees in one visit. Hopefully someone at Walmart will see this rating and care....probably not.

DANGEROUS!!! I would rate a negative if I could! This location should be shut down. It sells expired and moldy food. I have repeatedly pointed this out to management & even went to the assistant manager ( the store manager is always off when I ask)! I took the assistant to the produce & randomly picked stuff & it was all covered in mold! He claimed he would fix it but did nothing. I also have bought frozen food that was not expired but had been left out to thaw then put back in the freezers! They dont care that this could actually kill someone! My son has to go to the hospital at the slightest bit of mold & I dont shop here bc it puts him at high risk! & the cashiers/managers are LAZY & INCOMPETENT!

I hate shopping at Walmart, but every once in a while I end up having to visit. Be careful buying food here; I have purchased salad that had an expiration date two weeks out that was already slimy. I find it very annoying that when I shop late at night they have a person standing there watching to make sure you dont steal anything, but you still have to scan your own items. In addition, I have never seen a nursery in worse condition. Another lady and I walked around and TRIED to find a plant to buy that didnt look dead or dying. I walked out with nothing. I was tempted to ask management if I could water just because I felt so sorry for the plants.

WARNING, This store advertises one price and will charge another price. My last three visits I was over charged each time. Luckily I only buy five to ten items a time so I know when Im over charged. I even called Walmart corporate and told them about my experience in this store. I was told I should receive a call back within three days from the store manager Joe Cumby, well Joe never called. I feel bad for the people who buy many many items and they dont realize they are being over charged. Its a shame a multi billion dollar corporation has to resort to over charging their customers.

Ive been going there since they opened. Alot of great people that worked there are gone and we miss them. Debbie is still awesome in the pharmacy! The original greeters are not there anymore. Maybe one or two. The same carts that malfunctioned 5 or 6 years are still malfunctioning today. So sometimes we get groceries somewhere else. There is a wonderful lady in the produce dept that really cares about her job. She always has a smile. The store has a relatively new mgr and he is working to make things better. All in all, shopping at "my" store is a pleasant experience!!

I love my store. They are always stocked, clean, fast and friendly. We as a store are in renovation and it is not our team that is doing it. Please come visit our team. If there is anything I can do to make your night better come visit me. The entire store has been there for 13 years. It may have been to small but they also had other remodels to do. We werent the first. I am a current employee. Yes, when plants stay outside in heat they wilt. We may not own a nursery selection but we arent a nursery. Look online or maybe at a nursery.

Carts were literally blocking the road because of how far theyve stacked up in the stalls, many isles have product on the floor, and self checkout is very disorganised. Employees seem like they hate their jobs with a passion. Spills like this, are common throughout the store. The Walmart In Highland Village, and on University are better in comparison to costumer service, cleanliness, and product verity. Or better yet, just go across the street to Albertsons!

The "redesign" is terrible: things are in places that make very little sense, and they have grossly cut down on their selection. They have done away with many products that we have regularly purchased from them, and they have limited their selection to a main name brand and their own brand. Bad move on their part: we are going back to shopping at multiple stores. Further, until they start paying me to check myself out, they may want to hire clerks.

They are remodeling and have like 3 lanes open with easily 100 people waiting and employees standing around. I went to one area and he told me he closed everything because hes leaving at 10 and its 9:50 and hes standing around talking and started mocking. Also when I come to this Walmart I always get asked to see my receipt when no one else does. I understand if you believe I have been stealing or if I have electronics but not just because.

My experience is with the optical center. DO NOT come to the walmart optical center with the intent of findings glasses you want. They are only prepared to assist you if you want and find glasses that they have on the shelf. If you try to customize in the slightest you will be told no! They are not interested in what you want. If you can live with that, you will be ok.

Not crowded like many Walmarts easy to navigate and the staff was very helpful. A lot of items for sale right before the holidays which helped the budget. When I couldnt find item a staff associate was hopeful and glad to help me find the right item. This Walmart stands out above most. I definitely recommend this Walmart to anybody in the area or passing through.

Muffin Man

First off not enough muffins here. The employees look super depressed because its Walmart. I would suggest more smiles and more muffins. Embarrassed to say that Im sad when I walk in here because there is so much sadness and so few muffins. This store needs some changes like a whole aisle of muffins and some more happiness.

Honestly one of the best Walmarts Ive ever worked at or shopped at. Management and associates are very compent and friendly. The selection of merchandise is more impressive then other Walmarts. I know the remodel is frustrating to many but please be patient and dont hesitate to ask for assistance finding an item.
