First of all I would give this store zero stars but it wont allow me. I worked at Target #1514 for 6 months. I showed up everyday, came to work on time and did exactly what was expected of me. None of those things were appreciated. I mean, at the end of the day Im there for a paycheck and to support myself and children so no pats on the back are needed. But from the moment I was hired I was fed nothing but lies about how theyre like a family up there and that if you have any issues or concerns to talk to them because they really care. Nothing could be further from the truth. I started out in consumables and worked my way into the produce department. Im 41 years old and have never seen anything like the drama I experienced working on this side of the store. I worked with a guy who thought he was Gods gift to Target. For months this guy went around telling people lies and making it seem like he was the only one doing anything and that others werent doing their jobs. I finally got sick of it and decided to go talk to one of the managers about some of the issues I was having with him and other employees on the grocery side. He agreed as he had seen some of the things that I talked to him about. I also expressed that I didnt think any of the grocery managers would help me so he suggested that I make a note or write a letter and go straight to human resources with it so thats exactly what I did. There was a huge blowout and everyone got talked to. Things were okay for about 3 weeks then it was right back to the same old stuff. I was being mentally abused and bullied is really what it was by these people almost daily. They would gang up on me, tell me or others everything I was doing wrong but let their buddies do exactly as they pleased. I was completely outnumbered because all of the managers, team leads, food assistants, etc. are all best friends or related to each other in the deli, bakery, produce and meat and dairy departments. They have their little group that likes to stand around all day talking about how terrible of workers others are while they do absolutely nothing themselves. Sometimes it was almost to the point of being comical. Its like really? Youre going to stand around talking about others when all you do is play on your phones all day, stand around talking, or eating food that you stole from the deli, produce or meat and dairy departments? It was like being in the Twilight Zone sometimes. The Starbucks, deli, bakery, produce and meat and dairy departments are all being managed and led by leaches. Nothing but thieves, pot heads, drug addicts and liars and all they want to do is party. I mean, some of the sales floor associates are good workers over there but thats it. The jerk I worked with in produce is related to the food assistant in deli. Then the team leads are best friends with each other and friends with the others above so will you be treated fairly? Absolutely not! The managers who are over them will do NOTHING to help you so I quickly lost respect for them as well. I guess they hated me because I didnt want to be a part of their little thieving, partying group but thats how it is when your an adult with responsibilities. So if you want to work for a business where the managers will ignore you and you can be around thieves and drug addicts all day go get yourself a job on the grocery side of Target #1514. They finally forced me out and to quit. Im considering going to corporate with everything though so that nobody else has to experience what I had to while working at this location. If anything good comes from it I would hope it would be at least that. Its a shame that you would risk hard working, dependable employees quitting rather than firing the ones that are stealing from you, calling in all the time and partying all the time. I loved working here when I first started. Im very disappointed in you Target #1514 and the managers as well. You should all be ashamed of yourselves! And to the ones who are mentioned in this review karma always comes back to haunt you at some point in life

The Management can be a bit combative when asked for help (stepdaughter lost her license, the store recovered it and then they lost it in the same day....weird fiasco); but, it all worked out in the end. Now, about the Pharmacy inside Target: Jenn is the BEST Pharmacist I have ever had the opportunity to know (through many family prescriptions, ailments, etc.). She and her team are superb and they have my loyalty. Jenn takes time to get to know her guests. She makes eye contact immediately, grins, CARES (asks about each family member by name without referring to the screen) and has the most wonderful personality ever. Jenn teaches by example how to be professional, accurate, friendly and efficient. She goes above and beyond as does her team!!

The products and the deals here are always very good. But recently the customer service has been terrible. Most store employees dont say hello, offer help, or even acknowledge my presence. Sometimes at the checkout, the equipment doesnt work, and many other times they are short-staffed. A couple of times after I placed my checkout items on the conveyor belt, a manager made me load all of my groceries back into my basket and go to another station. Shopping here is a lot like shopping at Walmart. Stay-at-home moms and distracted dads will practically run you over with their shopping carts, so watch yourself. And the restroom was gross long before the latest controversy made headlines.

Great selection and price, but customer support has really dropped off in the past year: - Only two checkers were available, on a Saturday, resulting in very long lines. - Self-service checkout was available, but you cannot use this line to purchase beer and wine. - The scanners couldnt read about 1/4 of the groceries, so we had to constantly call for assistance, as there was nobody permanently stationed there to assist self-service customers. Whats the point of having self-service, if its not useful?

I work within walking distance of this target, so my co workers and I go there close to everyday. We LOVE the target store always very clean, well stocked, and friendly helpful staff. However the Starbucks staff at the kiosk inside of this target is not friendly, looks at us like we are a nuisance (wait...arent you getting paid to be here?) Almost all of them....completely miserable. Cheer up Ladies or maybe find another job out of customer service.

As far as Targets go, this location is a clearance shoppers dream. Ive never seen clearance shelves sitting next to clearance shelves before (usually theyre spread out a little) and I swear there were at least 4 - 5 clearance shelves on one aisle alone (I now wish that I had gotten a picture of this phenomenon). Otherwise, theres not that much that separates this Target from others in the area.

This is a quiet Target Store. Not too busy or crazy here. Sits quietly between David and Precinct Line...easy to get to, but never too much crazy foot or regular traffic here. Love this store when I want to do some quiet shopping. Fast and friendly customer service...always, and the store is alsays well stocked and very clean. Stop by and enjoy the peaceful shopping!
