It was the worst shopping trip to Walmart ever. I waited 15 minutes at customer service then picked up items that I wanted including some unmarked items from clearance. I then asked for price checks and decided that they were too much. I then told the clerk I didnt want them. When I checked my receipt low and behold he charged me. I asked for a manager that didnt come, so back I went to stand at customer service for 15 more minutes. I returned all items and I doubt I will shop at the watertown sd location for quite sometime!!!

I asked for potting soil.. the sales clerk was clearly not interested in selling.. she pointed in the back where it was located. Then at check out.... further poor example of customer service. . Garrett.. far to busy doing. . Nothing. . To do his job. Didnt offer to bag my small plants. So I helped myself to bag my own items. Clearly Walmart is sinking further into. A... Well nobody cares customer service. I will not go to Walmart again.

Walmart in Watertown, SD has everything Walmarts around the country are accustomed to have. The service is usually great, but there are times they are short of help. This is probably one of the cleanest Walmarts you will go to, because of the size of community they are serving. Many times if other Walmarts in the area are out of stock for any particular item, this one has it.

It was a really great place to go and just chill while it was storming outside. My girls and I got some nice seats and great service, the people we waved at and the people we talked to were so nice! The store workers didnt seem to mind us chilling and relaxing on the furniture. It was great! I highly recommend going there!

My son and I met 2 other moms and their boys for lunch. It was the best restaurant experience I have had in iver 20 years. Food,service, and seating.. all good. I cannot say enough.they were very attentive and nice with the boys and also us moms. Very very good experience. Highly recommend! Even the manager is great!

I was out of town and needed to grab a belt. This Walmart was clean and well organized. They had a good selection of belts, and I browsed a good clearance section of shirts. Plenty of parking too. Some walmarts can be trashy, this one was nice.

Walmart Super Centers are a great place to shop, especially when you need to pick up garden supplies, food items and home decor. All these can be picked up while getting your oil changed or tires rotated. Time saver and very convenient.

One of the best run Walmart stores I have ever been in!! Plenty of staff that there was enough registers always open, store cleanliness was perfect and stock on the shelves wasnt low by any means. A+++
