The Walmart customer service is horrible at the Rockport Walmart. I paid for 6 PlayStation plus cards during 2015 Black friday for my three kids playstations that they got for christmas that year. Had to spend thirty minutes extra at customer service because some cards got activated while others didnt. Finally they said they were all activated. Evidently not all of the cards were activated, even though they charged us for each of the cards. Today one of my sons tried to renew his play station plus because it has been three months since he used the last card and tried using the other card we got him. It didnt work because it was not activated. Of course you dont know this until you scratch off the back and try the code. I called the play station customer service and they said to take it back to the walmart we bought it at and have them scan it. I took it back to the wal-mart we bought it at and they refused to scan it, without a receipt. It has been over three months so of course I dont have a receipt. Walmart also wanted the back not to be already scratched off. So how is a person to know if the card works without it being scratched off. So evidently a person should buy a playstation card and when they are ready to use it they should scratch it off in front of them. The customer service at this walmart are not logical or practical. So now Im out of money for this card. I usually spend one to two grand at black friday at this walmart. I will no longer be going to black friday at this walmart. They will no longer be getting my money.

The staff here are super helpful and nice. More so than at any other locations I go to. The facilities are kept pretty clean, and the deli serves the best damn chicken tenders Ive ever had. Only thing is, I dont shop here for items I can get at HEB, because HEB prices are generally lower, including their generic/store brand items. But HEB chicken tenders cant even hold a candle to them Walmart tenders.

Incredible! We got a free stay for the whole family at the RV. On top of that, the night manager and the staff of Walmart, helped us at 10:30 PM to get us out of a bind when our car fell off the dolly that we were pulling with the RV. The night manager and another Walmart employee put their muscles together and helped us rock the car back into place. Thank you so much!!! You are wonderful! God bless!

Love the fabric selection here, and Kaye that helped me at the cutting counter was awesome! Also had a very nice lady help me at the pharmacy counter but I cant remember her name:( The rest of the employees were also very helpful and nice! I live close to San Antonio but this Walmart out does them all!

The pharmacy has an employee, I believe her name is Johanna, and she is literally the best employee I have ever met at any store. She was thorough and organised even when my insurance company was not. She put the needs of the customer above her own. All Walmart employees should be Johanna.

Wally world has its perks...like, ummm.....well they had tackle thats cool and the lady that rang us up was nice. Its Wal-Mart people. PRO TIP: dont be an a jerk when youre at the checkout by talking on your cell phone.

Rude staff. Tried to talk to a man and he walked right by me. No one in the store knows where anything is. Registers are never open but there is always 10 people outside in the shade smoking and having a good time.

This Walmart is over crowded and under-staffed. The lines are usually long. However, it is just a little less expensive than the Aransas Pass Walmart. 2 days ago gas was .02 cheaper per gallon in Rockport.

My only complaint is that the isle arent wider. You can get stuck trying to turn a cart around, and there is barely enough room for passing other shoppers. OH one other thing.

This Walmart is the worst. They only ever have two checkout lines open unless its the weekend and the store is always messy. I loathe having to go to Walmart in Rockport.

Its 5pm, 15 checkout stands - only 2 or 3 open at a time. (Self checking does not count!). Staff, however over worked, are pleasant & friendly.
