DO NOT EVEN try and think you might get a good deal here and DO NOT take your car to the ARLINGTON, TEXAS location at the PARKS MALL. The Manager TIM is nothing but a liar who will promise a job to be done when he knows good and well he will keep you there for 5 hours, their car repair shop is a joke with a bunch of jack wad mechanics that aint worth spit in the wind! If you need your car repaired and you are willing to let these jack wads have it all day, then this is your place. I wanted my back brake pads replaced, a typical one hour job. these jack asss jacked me around for three hours, I finally told the worthless Manager "TIM" and the girl "Terrie" and his worthless side kick, who, by the way asked me if I had plans for the rest of the day, which I told that dumb SOB_ YES I do and its not spending my day at this worthless shop! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! WARNING` WORTHLESS SHOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They do have great appliances but I wish their customer services are as good. The saleperson was lying to us when we tried to purchased an expensive mattress. She showed us one price for the piece that we wanted and ordered something that is different. I never got any assistances from any management team when I called to question about it, except I got to talked to an individual with an Indian accent, and he hung up after a minutes we talked. I called customer relations and they promised within 48hrs the store mgr will call us to resolve it. It has been 140hrs and we havent heard anything back. Plus, their delivery department people are very unprofessional. We will never go back to sears or advise anyone of our friends/families to shop with Sears ever again.

Inept staff that blatantly discriminated against a foreign national while I waited in line. Before leaving I overheard a manager yelling over the phone "you cant do that..." When i was passed over for two people who just got in line, after id been waiting over 15 minutes, I spoke up, " I was first" the representative was rude and started assisting someone else anyway. When I finally was assisted I was misled for over 15 minutes while another rep failed to tell me my tool had been discontinued. Terrible communications, a blatantly racist cashier lady, and 45 minutes to buy one item.

Do not buy Amana appliances from this store. My friends broke down after 5 months and when she called to have it repaired, they gave her a 4 hour window (8-12) for service tech to show up and fix it. Email confirmation even stated that if they were to be late, then they would call. Guess what? They didnt show and they didnt call. After she made contact with Sears, they told her it would be within the next 1 1/2 hours and still no one has shown. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER SEARS STORE!!

Worst experience ever. Waited over 2 hours to swap out 10 allowed tools per customer covered under lifetime warranty. It is now 40 minutes past closed and I am waiting for the manager to stop playing hide and seek so I can finish replace tools and go home. Never use this sears. Curtis and his manager Mike made it very clear that writing a complaint would not matter because it does not affect them directly.

I waited at the cash register for more than 6 minutes and no one ever came to help me. Six minutes is long enough for one to go to the restroom and return, under normal circumstances. I am so tired of retail stores not having enough personnel on hand to give reasonable service to customers. As I left the store I could not see any employees anywhere. Sears used to be better than this.

So, so helpful and generous employees. A man named Tim helped my mom and I change the battery on her car AFTER they had already closed, I might add. Such a sweet man. You dont find many people who are willing to go out of their way to help these days.

Dont even think about buying a warranty on your appliance. The person that came to check on it was rude and said that we dropped it on purpose. Horrible customer service. I wont be buying anything from Sears again, especially this one.
