Today I was returning items that I bought from estee lauder. The items were not great as I was told. So when I try to return it , there was a sales lady at lancome her name is ROSA, instead of helping me she started giving me attitude & bad looks not only to me, but also to my littel daughter too. I have been shopping at belk for 2 years. This is one of my favorite stores, but if belk keeps hiring unprofessional people like her, then I will never go back and I will take my money elsewhere. I just want to say thank you for Karen, the store manger. She explained everything to me very politely.

This store is ok but they dont carry all the merchandise that in online store shows (specially on the beauty department), is a small store so you cannot be to hard on them for not carrying a lot of variety I guess, but I notice on the brands they have at the store a lot of the products where low or they didnt have it on hand, I got turn out on two or three products because they didnt have it in stock! I would return back here but only when I cant make it to the mall!

I will only check out with the young man in the shoe Department. He was by himself on Black Friday 2016 and ALWAYS maintains a great attitude no matter what. There a 2 ladies there at the clothing checkout that I refuse to go to because they make me feel less of a person almost like Im invisible!

I always find exactly what I want here and the prices are ridiculously awesome. I found outfits for my while family of 4 for our photos we had done and didnt break the bank!

Good store, good variety, overall good service. Nothing super spectacular but its a good spot for the average person to just comfortably go out and buy something.

The store was pretty empty, floors were dirty and many of the displays looked unkept and disheveled. Decent prices on clothes, but not a great experience.

My local Belk store is small but nice. Friendly help and Candice at the Este Lauder counter is fabulous!
