Very unhappy. Canceled my membership when Costco went to citibank and I should have left it cancelled. Tried to go back because I missed certain things I can only get at Costco, but am very unhappy. Have been 3 X in 2 months and everytime have had major problems with the card, it doesnt work, its limit is stupid low, so I can only buy part of what I need. What good are points if I can never use the card and always have to pay cash? At least with American express I know I will get my points. Have cancelled the membership and the card and will just have to deal with missing certain things I cant get other places..

LOVE this store! Being able to buy organic and natural groceries in bulk saves a ton of money. Some things that I dont buy anywhere else: chicken breasts, organic ground turkey, cage free egg whites, Kirkland chewy granola bars, organic sugar snap peas and Fage greek yogurt. These are my weekly staples!! They also have great prices on some clothing items. Household goods are pretty good but do the math as some paper products are cheaper with coupons/phone apps elsewhere. Costco is the number one place to get fresh cut flowers.

If I could give negative stars I would because there is obvious descrimination at the door. On several occasions I have walked in with large crowds and all the Caucasian people before me were allowed to casually walk in with their carts without showing their Costco cards, but as soon as I walk by with my empty hands (I was going to the independent pharmacy), they instantly make eye contact and ask if I have a card. A Caucasian customer also noticed it and encouraged me to file a complaint.

This is a CostCo, just like most other CostCo. Although, since its in Fargo it tends to be a lot less busy than some of the ones Ive been to in larger cities. The BEST thing about CostCo is that they sell USDA Prime beef - which is the top 2% of all beef. All other grocery stores Ive been to sell USDA Choice at best. Prices for Prime range from 9.99 to 19.99 but its worth every penny - if this was the only thing CostCo sold, I would still keep my membership.

Costco does things the right way, and every time. From its stores to its overall consumer and consumer culture, it brings a huge sense relief. Low prices, excellent customer service, easy returns, and every product I have ever purchased there has been of high quality -- not junk. This has all been experienced through the Brainerd and Fargo Costco locations. Keep up the excellent work.

Prices on some things are very good. They got rid of the beer I buy. But most annoying is the super pushy salesmen they have have scattered throughout the store selling other products and services. The direct tv people are consistently the worst and today there were two of the pushy a-holes right at the door approaching and harassing customers on the way in. Give me a break!

You have to be really careful to compare prices to other places. Only about half of the items there are a good deal. Some are about the same price as anywhere and some are actually more expensive. It has happened a few times now where we find something they really like only for them to stop carrying it. Imo there is nothing here that makes it better than Sams club.

Costco is awesome. From their cheap fuel at the pumps out front (best place to buy premium), to the rotisserie chicken, toilet paper and great shopping carts. The in-house Kirkland brand is very reliable. We used to have a Sams Club membership, but never went after joining Costco, so gave it up. Costco is better in almost every way.

5 stars for Costco. Been a member at Costco since 2009. Always quality products and great prices on gas. However at this location some of the staff has to improve cultural competency. They may even be better off taking some classes on same. Costco exists because of membership from individuals. They should never forget that fact.

Lived in Washington State for 30 years and have always loved Costco. Was very happy when the store opened because it made Fargo feel a little more like home. All my experiences have been good. And as a consumer I really appreciate spending my money in a place that looks out for both its customers and employees.

Its Costco. Its probably what youd expect for a Costco. If you havent been to one they have bulk items as well as seasonal items. They have a great return policy on stuff. A lot of their stuff is quality products. Even their store brand items are great. The store is always kept clean. I really cant complain.

I was so sad to leave Costco behind when we moved here from Anchorage in 2004. But the minute they opened, I went back. They were even more awesome than I remembered! Now vegetables are organic, as are the fresh products. They have bakery products that are awesome and the employees seem happy. Love them!

We always start our shopping trips here as you can get some pretty decent deals, so long as you can either store or eat large quantities. The only annoying part of the whole experience is the card nazi at the door... you better have that card out and ready as you walk in... super annoying.

Costco is where I do 99% of my grocery shopping. Staff is always friendly though the rotating stock can be frustrating and things tend to move every few days, I still love it. We nearly always fill the vehicle with gas at the pumps before and do a cheap snack bar lunch after shopping.

Excellent everything, Maureen in the return department is fantastic and I know Im always getting a good value in sticking with Cosco. Small frustration is when good items just disappear and are no longer stocked, for example Amazonia water, hate having to go to Sams Club to get it.

Great staff, very clean store, good selection and the produce is always fresh. I most appreciate their selections of natural / organic food items and I really like the food court and pharmacy. Some of our favorite furniture, grocery, clothing, and household finds are from Costco.

Costco has really good products. Nice clean store. But they make you dig out your membership card to get in the store. This is stupid. You can not buy anything without the card. You can look up their products online and see the prices. No need to annoy people coming into store.

I love shopping at Costco. They are extremely helpful with any question I have ever asked. If you are planning an event, call them. They will pull the items you request and have them ready for you - all you have to do is pay, this is a great convenience.

Visited from Canada. One stop shop. Liquor well priced. Would like to see continuity with like credit cards accepted on both sides of the border. In Canada they accept MasterCard. US stores accept Visa. Thankfully US also accepted Debit.

Usual Costco, very crowded area when waiting to check out-esp when busy! The flow of people traffic feels like it could be better...I always feel like Im in the way. Choices are good, variety in samples, pleasant staff.

Costco is truly life-changing! I shop here regularly and find that the prices and quality are second to none. I also appreciate the quality guarantee--return almost anything for any reason any time. Couldnt do with it!
