Stop Spamming My Email! To be fair, this has nothing to do with this store and I like shopping here. But knowing who to contact in customer service is not very straight forward. So let me want. I have now unsubscribed from the sales emails etc. But even when I am a subscriber, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES is it OK to send me four emails in one day and 13 over the past 4 days. Seriously, I trusted you with the opportunity to earn some extra business from me and that is crossing the line. In fact it has me somewhat considering an end to any future business with you guys. That is just ridiculous! I know it is petty, but I want an apology for the nuisance. And you should seriously question the wisdom of whomever in your digital advertising department thought such frequency was a good idea. My brother does that kind of thing and I know for a fact he cautions his clients against abusing such a valuable resource as an email list. I can guarantee he wouldnt have OKd that one for you. But that is probably why he owns his own business instead of rocking a cubicle for you guys. Ill kill this review when I get the apology (and not from the store... though I do apologize for hitting you guys with a bad review just because it is unclear how to contact customer service more directly without sitting on the phone for 30 minutes getting bounced around). All that said, Ive shopped at this location a few times and the staff is friendly and the store is clean.

I would prefer to give no stars. 3 weeks ago i went in to get my hair dyed a bright red. I pointed to the color and the salon lady said that she understood and would make it as permanent as possible. Then dyed it the wrong color. She fixed it after being in the salon almost 12 hours. She also tried blaming it on me saying I wasnt clear about the color but i pointed it our to her. So i left woth the desired color and now 3 weeks later my hair is almost blond because the color bled so much. It has NEVER faded this much. Usually i dyed it once every 6 months or so and it is still redder than this. The only reason i went is because my usual salon closed down. So obviously they are just there to get a paycheck.

I remember when.... You could go into the mens department and have people there to help you with suits, ties and alterations. Maybe I dont shop the right times of day. It seems that most of the people are just behind the register to take the money. Really not a lot different than Wal-Mart except the quality of the clothing...sometimes I wonder about that.

The floor was dirty and poorly maintained. carpets were horribly dirty, clothing laying over the top of racks. A/C was out. They actually had a fan at the mall entrance trying to pull air in. Lights were partially out on the south side of store. Truly felt I had wandered into the ghetto.

There is never anyone to help when you need to shop on 2nd floor. You have to take every thing down to 1st floor to check out . Their bra selection is awful. Then you have some creepy guy playing in the womans panty and bra area so your afraid to try anything on.

Went to the hair salon in JCPenny. I highly recommend Nikki. She was able to fix a haircut that went horrible wrong. Even though its short, It looks much better. Friendly service and outgoing stylists. Will deferentially be back.

Good quality clothing and they have really good prices! The bedding and kitchen supplies are also great quality but can be really expensive if you dont by them on sale. I purchased a name brand bed and got a great deal.

Pretty worthless plus size department. Out of date styles, dirty fitting room, very little selection compared to the rest of the womens clothing
