This is one of the nicest Targets Ive been too, catering to the neighborhood it is in. Above average friendliness of staff and some higher end items to select from in the grocery area compared to other locations Ive visited. Have witnessed a staff member go outside with an elderly couple to assist them with getting their items into their car. I had a good experience with the Customer Service department one time. I wanted an electronic device that had gone on sale at a handful of retailers but was sold out locally. This Target had the item at a little more than 2x the price I was after... But after a few minutes to confirm, they matched the pricing of their competitors and were very friendly. Not 5 stars for one important reason. Went recently to buy an inexpensive white button down shirt for a new restaurant job. Have done the same in the past at a different Target. Only had one option and one shirt in my size, but none of these white button downs were in protective plastic and they all appeared to have some blemishes or stains due to this. Also, they were not as affordable as I had experienced in other locations. So I understand this could be an isolated situation or just related to this particular item and that their selection did not fulfil MY needs. However, while nicer in some areas of the store I didnt really feel a consistency Id come to expect from a national retailer. Solution: Walmart down the street(which is the nicest Ive seen)

I understand that thievery and vandalism is a problem nowadays. I also understand that vigilance sometimes leads to mistaken accusations. No problem. However, when my husband was spotted exiting a bathroom where he had just sprayed his hair with spray he had just bought, with receipt, 2 employees visibly watched and followed him to his car and took a picture! They suspected him of spray painting a bathroom stall. When he returned an hour later to buy some fruit for the business he where he works, a police officer detained him and asked if he would mind being fingerprinted!! When they had no evidence, and he showed the receipt, no charges could be filed. But guess what? There was no apology, either. Even from the corporate "Guest Relations" nothing was done; they are USELESS!!!!! One of their many "managers" was SO rude and unapologetic, that we cannot ever shop there again. What are cameras and receipts for? The cashier was right there, too. Why not do a little bit better investigative work and actually come up with some evidence before accusing someone who happens to have a can, even though it was only hair spray!!! My husband has never spray painted anything; hes in his 30s! Look for a younger person for such a juvenile act! Its probably one of Target employees! BE ON GUARD if you shop at Flower Mounds Target. Their idiot patrol is watching you!!!!

It seems like the managers treat the employees very poorly. I read that they are paying some established employees less than seasonal new hires, even asking them to work unreasonable shifts. When I was trying on clothes a few weeks ago, I heard the girl working the fitting room say "I dont ****ing care" to a manager. Last night when I was checking out another customer was talking to the employee at self-check out and a manager walked up to the customer and told him to move on! She was so rude to him and I was surprised she acted that way to a customer. They werent even busy. This store has just been declining for the past year and I have never seen it not messy. I feel like the managers have a lot to do with it.

I am very happy with the pharmacy. They go out of their way to help, are always courteous, the pharmacists and staff are intelligent, and they do a wonderful job. They are prompt when filling prescriptions. I have never had a problem at this pharmacy. The customer service is excellent. I have never had to wait very long to have an Rx filled. (The same cant be said of other drug stores where I routinely have to wait 30 mintues to an hour.) I no longer go to any other pharmacies. Target has earned my repeat business. As for the overall Target store, I am generally very pleased. They almost always have plenty of checkers on duty and even on a Saturday I usually dont have to wait in a checkout line.

I was recently looking to upgrade Mom to a flatscreen tv. I went to Target, and a lovely Indian man working in the electronics department took the time to explain every television to me, describe what he thought was the best value for various displays, etc. He was very knowledgeable about the sets he sold. I went to Walmart to price compare--some were lower, some were higher but the sales staff could have cared less. I went back and bought it at Target--customer service wins!

You go to this place for the cool stuff, not for service. Service is lacking. I pulled something from the shelf, it rang up wrong, took Marty to where the item was, she says oh its in the wrong spot, doesnt give me the price on the shelf in front of the item and before I leave shes moving the item around and moving tags so its correct. Ive always been told the customers always right, but I guess I was wrong.

Could this place suck any worse. I hope you like sitting in line for a while or checking yourself out. This place has no employees, or managers who care about my time and how long I have to sit and wait for someone to check out. This store has gone down hill in a hurry.

The mens clothing section is half athletic wear and half graphic tee shirts for teenagers. Other targets have a much larger selection of mens wear. Im continually disappointed with this targets mens clothing selection.

Not fully stocked as they are going through remodeling. Starbucks is still open inside. Most of the food section has been moved around. Toys, clothes and electronics havent changed yet. Maybe better when theyre done.

The Pharmacists there are the absolute best!(especially the good looking one with short/bobbed brown hair...). Always willing to answer questions and look at current meds youre on to watch out for bad interactions.

Typical Target; neat, clean, prices always slightly higher than Wal-Mart. 3,856 check out stations. Three were open creating lengthy wait. 50% of self serve check outs were out of order, But clean.

transgender restrooms, stupid!...I have destroyed my target rewards cards, Target credit cards, membership, etc...I will no longer step foot in any Target store.

Difficult to find anyone to help with locating certain items. They 28 check out lanes and only 3 open. Oh and watch your kids... the have transgender restrooms.
