The Pharmacy at this location might need to be scrutinized by people with serious medications. They are Not, very competent or organized on over-the-phone, call in prescriptions at least. That lead me to question whether I will ever go here for any complicated medicines that they demonstrated here, on first time I ever used them. Maybe it was an isolated incident and they are better than this usually. I called them to see if they had a prescription in stock and they said they did not. I said order it. They said rightly so, the doctor would have to call it in. I gave Doctor the number and he called it in and said it would be 2 days.I called twice and they said no one under my name had a RX and the Doctor I gave, had no call in waiting to be filled. I called my nurse who called this establishment again and she said she would call back. She didnt but Walmart Market did and said it would be 45 minutes. I said Dont you have to order it because I know you do not have it in stock and she stumble and said let me check. She did and stumble some more and said yes, we would have to order it and it would be tomorrow after 5pm. Nearly a week to get a non narcotic, simple RX. The last lady was nice and courteous.The 1st man was stoic and he dropped the ball. He sounded African American. The 2nd call was a mature lady and checked all Walmarts and said I would have to get the Dr to call it in again. And Also, I had a RX waiting for me to pick up at Ruff Snow, from last month, way, way, down the road for another Naproxen refill. I do not know WHAT, that is about. May not be Walmarts fault on that mess up and be the Nurses. How far we have come to be so inefficient and in Medications areas? Dangerous.

Apparently the deli and pharmacy are trying to win the rudest Walmart associates award. The lady in the deli (elderly) gets my vote! We have gone to the deli about every two months and yes, God forbid we ask for the ham to be done with shave cut or ask for more than one pound. She actually asked me if I was sure I needed all that ham or pieces because her arm was beginning to hurt. She acted like I was wanting her first born child! The pharmacy has a similar problem. I thought it would be great to drop off my Rxs and come back later. I asked two questions and the pharmacist told me if I needed "all these questions answered to come in because she was too busy"! I have spoken to two managers and once we spoke they asked if their was anything else I needed. I asked very nicely what would be done to fix this issue. They both said that they would speak to the workers. I went back to shopping and I looked over from the produce area and I saw how well they were dealing with it. They were great mentors for the worker. I looked over and caught them looking my way and snickering. Apparently it was a big game. I was going to Walmart Neighborhood Market because it was closer and focuses on the food items. The problem is it doesnt not have anyone there that actually knows what customer service is suppose to be like! I will go to the supercenter or Kroger or Tom Thumb or Albertsons because I am done with this store.

I just moved here 2 month ago, and I been going to this store a few times a week, but I will no longer go there . Im just fed up with the lines.. always even if you try to wait until people go to sleep at 1am, still there is a line. its not that there are that many people buying . no its always one line open and the person working that line is a new and so slow. and when I asked another employee if she can open another line, she said she is brand new and doesnt know how .. I even asked if I can speak to the manager and they called her. but she never came up to see me.. if the store keep it this way , they are going to lose most of there customers to Kroger which is just down there street. I went there and saw 4 or 5 lines open, and the self service line is always open. not like this store. I hardly ever see the self service lines open. sometimes it just kills you to just set there and wait as if you are getting the Grocery for free. I gave this store tow month time, but my time and money is going else where. you should too if you feel the same way .

The manager of this pharmacy is very rude and disrespectful. I would never refer anyone to come work for the pharmacy manager here. My wife started working here, the asked respectfully to quit because its her last year in school and has too many projects due, and stays up till like 4am everymorning to work and study for her classes. The pharmacy manager replied back to my wife very rudely and disrespected her trying to make her feel stupid. This lady has no respect for people trying to get things done for themselves to be successful. Maybe this is why she is stuck at walmart while my wife will be elsewhere making the most of her business degree after she graduates. The pharmacy manager also quoted that even though she was politely told that my wife wantes to quit, that she was going to put my wifes name on te blacklist so that she could never be hired at any walmarts in the future.... Way to show everyone what your personality is really like and how incredibly uneducated u are...

Theres a tall black adult man walking around with no shirt on with a white towel and black shorts on at the parking lot near Walmart yelling without a phone and he was walking back and forth doing pushups in the middle of the parking lot. Who on Earth would do that? At first when I first saw this man, I thought he is talking with someone on the phone but to my shock he had no phone on his hand and it just got weird when he started doing pushups I wasnt sure is he really that serious to exercise in public places like this when he should be working out inside the gym or in his house? Looking at something this dont seem right, what is this Jamaica or Asia? Hardly anyone would be taking workouts outside around here unless theyll be running and jogging is what many serious hard work out people would do but doing push ups and yelling around the parking lot near a grocery store like Walmart just dont sound right to me.

I went to this walmart around 11pm and only 2 self check out lines were open and the customer service desk which was only allowing people to check out if they had issues in the self Checkout. The employees were getting money out of self checkout machines and not worried about customers and we all were frustrated that it was taking forever. I only had 3 small items and really wanted to get in and out. The bathrooms was not clean either. Overall, a decent walmart but the overnight employees need to do better.
