I had a less than wonderful shopping experience at Target today and I didnt like to lodge a complaint. I was at your Target located at 1101 Ira E Woods Ave,Grapevine,TX,76051, this afternoon. After confirming a Cartwheel discount of $5 for $30 Halloween costumes, I picked a costume with an online sticker of $25.86 and a pair of glittered glove which was not on sale at $7 (couple of items totaling over $30). A cashier named Tatiana wasnt able to scan the $5 coupon and asked me whether these items were from Halloween costume section. When I replied "of course, they are from Halloween costume section", she said "I just question". Talk about rude! Another cashier came by and also couldnt scan the coupon, and then, another stated that the glitter gloves werent considered costume. I went back to the Halloween items section and took pictures to show that the items were from Halloween section. Even after showing the pictures, I wasnt able to convince cashier. I was finally able to take costumes to the customer service and the cashier there had absolutely no problem scanning $5. I was given an obnoxious treatment frm Tatiana and on top of being told that I was weird, I was also subjected to nasty looks. Tatiana never apologizes for her actions, and my Halloween shopping experience was totally ruined.

I love Target in general, especially the one in Watauga. Having said that, this store disappointed me beyond belief on my recent visit. Not only did they only have two 2-seater kid carts, but they also both had broken straps. So I had to keep one of my twins in my ergo while shopping. They had bathrooms outside of the store due to renovations, and I was unable to get my twins in and do what we needed. They also were out of many items I buy regularly, particularly baby food items. If that was not enough, every person (not including the cashier) we came across who worked there seemed unhappy to be there or not doing their job. It was the complete opposite of their ads aimed at parents, and completely opposite of how amazing the other Target stores have been. I will NOT be returning.

A Private User

I bought two dvds of the same pc game, one from Amazon and one from this Target. I got one from Amazon first, turned out to be defective.. Amazon let me return it (they even covered return shipping). Then, I got one from this Target, still another defective game dvd (worked all day w/ EA to fix it but no luck). Had to return this one too. But Target pretty much told me Im out of luck, they got to protect the copyright law, they are not giving me money back for the dvd even though its defective. The lesson.. dont get dvds/cds from Target! Particularly this Target. Get it from Amazon instead. Now I see why Targets dvd/cd section is relatively quiet.

Use to coupon here they had great service. Today they denied me a $5.00 gift card a promotion they are running with the purchase of 15.00 or more I used coupons and she mentioned they will start using the coupons before any promotion gift card to see if the purchase is above the amount. Will not return here again. Another customer was also having issues about buying gift cards in bulk they mentioned changing policy to not get ripped off. Only in this Target tho. This is turning into a Walmart.

I always feel like Im an inconvenience to them when I shop here...not friendly and always want to give you a hard time first before they tell you they can do it to help you. How about you just say yes its possible instead of trying to upset me first and then tell me is possible. *Starbucks*the lady there on Valentines Day (1-3pm) was rude and took her forever to get to me to take my order because she was putting up some stuff in the closet and made me feel like I was bothering her.

Regular Target, not Super Target. Ive consistently had bad customer service experiences here. Once I came in after working to pull down some sheetrock & I was a little dusty, cashier looked at me head to toe and acted really rude after that. On several occasions Ive found the employees to be snobbish and trite. I definitely wont be back. Never thought Id say it, but for this particular Target, Id rather shop at Walmart.

The person at the register, dont know if she was head cashier or not but she had a phone in her hand, was rude and not helpful at all. She was to adjust my purchase and give me right items, and she intentionally gave me wrong item, didnt notice till I got home. Very bad service and customer service and I think she was probably on Management. This was yesterday between 4 and 5 pm

I ran to target on my break and purchased smart pop white cheddar popcorn. I ate some shortly after and it did not taste right. I looked at the bag and it expired on sept 2016. The product was on a front end cap. Which means someone moved them there not to long ago. Lesson learned to always check dates but horrible they sell products that are expired by 4 months.

This Target has been completely remodeled and it is fantastic. A clean, well lit and expertly merchandised store now with a greeter and a director to manage faster checkouts. Prices are excellent and the variety top notch. The exterior of the store has been upgraded as well for a modern, upscale inage.. For me, this is a great place to shop.

Only two cashiers open at lunch hour. Many people who work like to run errands on the lunch hour. Green hoodie girl texting walking past the incredibly long lines. What is wrong with this store? Happens all the time.

This target is laid out well and stays clean. They just put in new bathrooms and now have self checkout stations that help keep the lines short. I am a regular at this target and enjoy my trips here.

Cannot seem to do an accurate count of stock vs. what is shown online. 3 different t times it showed that they had stock, and all 3 times they did not have it in the store.

Good selection of dishes, cooking equipment, and Silverware. An all around good store for those days where going into Walmart might be just a bit too depressing.

This is just a good old fashioned Target, not a Super Target. The store is clean and easy to navigate. Ill be planning to come here for years to come.
