Its fleet farm. Like most other fleet farms. They have sales catalogs made at corporate but Ive had a few times where the items have not even shown up for the times the sale is on. Then they say they cant control that stuff, which I understand, but then you would have to start honoring the sale past the dates if you dont even have the item there... Seems poorly run. Departments kept sending my to customer service, and they kept sending me back to the department, just to get a call back/item held since it wasnt there in time for the sale. They kept telling me no ranchers on sales, thats fine, but why cant you take my name and number and call me if it shows up? Lazy, and the "someone elses problem" type attitude. Unfortunately, its fleet farm and hard to replace in my life so I just come back and deal with it, and lower my expectations.

Was told my car appointment was at 11 am on Sunday. I live in Fargo so I know almost every store doesnt open until 12, but I didnt think anything of it. So I drove there and thats when I realized the guy gave me the wrong time. So I had to drive home, and now Im waiting to see if I still have an appointment at 12 instead of the 11 I was told. Very inconvenient. UPDATE: I went there at 12 and they said theres no appointment for me. I asked if maybe it was on another day but they didnt even have me in the system. So irritated. I had my appointment last week for a car check and today was supposed to be an appointment for an alignment and a couple other things. I had the appointment in my phone. But apparently the guy didnt put it in the computer. I wont recommend fleet farm to anyone. Unprofessional.

Ive never had a bad experience here. The cashiers and the front desk personnel are top notch. I gravitate to specific departments. The Science Diet dog food is the best price around. I buy plants there too. They are well priced. This time of year the plants are 75 % off. My mom said the nuts are tasty. She always stocked up when theyre on sale. Bottom line is they are well stocked with a good variety and reasonable price. Dont forget to go to the gas station to use the 4 cents off per gallon coupon. Its a good deal.

Great prices on everything in store.But bought a pair of jeans there on a Monday.Took off the labels and wore them an hour at another store.Found them slightly tight fitting.Went back the next day to exchange them for a bigger seize.The manager told me I had washed them and she did not have to accept the exchange of size.I live in Winnipeg,Mb.Why would I wash my new jeans?I was leaving that day for Wpg.Anyway the lady said she would make an acception and do the larger size exchange.Wow!

I had fleet farm put four new tires on my FWD vehicle just about a year ago, and i brought it in the other day to have a leak in one of the tires fixed. They refused to fix the tired (fair enough), but proceeded to tell me i would need ALL NEW TIRES because there was a slight difference in tread wear. A $20 fix quickly turned into a bill of over $300! NEVER, NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT FLEET FARM!!!!! If you need tires, go somewhere else.

Customer service is usually good. The store has lots of home and garden stuff as well as farm supplies, like hydraulic lines, digger tines, horse tack. The sporting goods department has a good assortment of fishing and hunting supplies. Ammunition is usually a good buy. If you are not a ND resident they do not have a transfer option for handguns or ARs.

As a friend of mine likes to say, "If they sold groceries, I would never have to shop anywhere else." They do have a great deal of products...lumber, electrical like a hardware store, to hunting/fishing gear, to clothing + shoes for the whole family. Tight isles make busy times a little stressful, but all in all, a good place.

Probably the best all around store for anyone. Hardly ever do I go there and am not able to find what Im looking for. I would give 4 and a half stars because they dont always have a lot of checkout lanes open. So you tend to stand in line for bit. Otherwise the employees are friendly and helpful. Decent prices. Clean store.

They have a very good selection of product, but their return policies are horrible. You better keep your receipt under lock and key because if you dont have one good luck in returning a defective item. Other businesses around time are much more accomodating to a lost receipt.

A great selection of jeans and shirts, now try to find a 36 x 32 size in four different brands and 14 different styles, aw yes, there is one on the bottom shelf pushed up in the side 42s, nearly hidden. Can we get some size 13 to 15 socks in stock next time I visit.

Organization could be a little bit better. Had to wander around for 5 minutes before walking back to the front to ask where hand warmers would be. Even after having to radio for help they could only point me towards a general aisle that the product may be near.

Great supply store. Any time I need something that the hardware stored or department stores closer to me dont have, Fleet always does. Plus they have quality products so you dont have to worry about them breaking right away.

As a kid I always remember Fleet Farm as the coolest store. It still is! Fleet Farm has everything from brand name clothes, to groceries, to lumber, and even military surplus! (surplus at rock bottom prices, too)

My favorite place! Its like a real life wonderland. They have everything for a zombie apocalypse and then some. If you get tired you can hide and nap in the carhart selection. Just dont snore. They will find you

Fleet farm has a really good selection of stuff in a ton of different categories. That being said, it is a huge pain to make returns and sometimes their employees are nowhere to be found when you need help.
