Im not saying Hector was a bad manager man I just wish that I would of worked there when he said I could come back, Im not ok with the fact that he didnt want to talk to me but if he was busy he was busy you know? I think with me being an assisstant manager now he could use my help with stuff and to get the buisness going again like it should be, Hector if you see this man dont hesitate to call me Im not a bad guy in any of this Im in the process of looking for another job anyway and I would love to help you out again, being an assistant manager now you could use somebody like me

I went to Ross tonight and witnessed the manager screaming at one of her employees in front of the whole store that was full of Christmas shoppers for 10 minutes because she was not monitoring the bathrooms and dressing room close enough. I can understand if she needed to do that but I dont think it was right or very professional for the manager to humiliate her in front of everyone. The manager should have been more worried about teaching the rest of her employees at the registers better customer service..

A manager was having an in depth discussion regarding appropriate customer interactions with a new employee just inside the front door. They did NOT greet me but he was grilling her. HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE AND UNCOMFORTABLE!!!
