If you decide to go here, get here early before the rowdies have all the merchandise thrown all over the floor, or do the "I changed my mind" or "my kid picked this up and carried it around the store but Im not buying it" and leave stuff in the wrong places. The shoe dept can look like a war zone. Toddlers are welcome to run around screeching at the top of their lungs, and babies emit endless piercing shrieks heard from the back of the store to the front. This certainly doesnt bother their parents, and you hardly see an employee unless you are checking out. The merchandise is a bit below Marshalls although sometimes they have the exact same item, for less. Most of the clothes are cheap and probably wouldnt last through one washing. Not all though, but you will need to take your time looking. The aisles are too narrow for two shopping carts at the same time, so you may have to wait quite awhile to look at something if you have a cart and there is someone in that aisle also with a cart, taking their sweet time, perusing each and every item. The checking out system is good as they take the next person in line, not where you stand in line and hope you got the fast lane. Just dont expect this to be a calm, pleasant shopping experience. And if the line is very long, you may wonder if making that $5 purchase is really worth it.

Where do I start? ! Well lets start with the fact that the sales people have no idea why they are there... at no time was I greeted or offered any assistance. The store was a complete and utter disaster. It was filthy with trash on the floor and products on the floor. Whoever the manager is there, needs to be fires for lack of management skills. As far as their "loss prevention" team, they were too busy hanging out in a group of employees talking mess and goofing off. If I wanted to steal anything at the time, nobody would have ever known. I wouldnt be surprised if their audits are horrible, There sales were minimal and the return "shoppers" they have are only returning to steal what they forgot to steal the first time around. Good luck Waco Ross, you will be closed down soon.

My family and I love shopping at Ross. Yes, it needs some organization and the people that come in there really need to learn how to control their kids, but that part doesnt have anything to do with the store. They have a great selection of clothes and shoes. Love this store!

They have brand-name clothes for the cheapest price youll find. The only downside is that you never know what theyre going to have in stock or if theyre going to have anything in stock thats your size, so its kind of just luck to see if Ross has something you like or not.

Super great prices, better than Marshalls, slightly disorganized since they rearranged the store but its alright. A lack of cute plus sized clothing though, and hit or miss on maternity. Their homegoods sections are great, Ive gotten so many treasures

This is where I clothes, shoes, socks, and underwear that the mall or high end stores are not able to sell, and Ross sells it to me for a considerable discount. There are also a few electronics, sense, and home decor for great prices as well.

Best day to go is on Tuesday when they fully restock. Easy to find deals for men, I mostly go for the shoes. You can find good deal on Nikes, Jordans and etc that are expensive at other retail stores.

I find really good deals on items I need for organizing. Dont buy really heavy items because the baskets cant leave the store and although they say someone will help load your car it doesnt happen!

There are other good stored out there, but this is the goto place for savings on name brand apparel. Pierre Cardin and Calvin Klein and much more for a 1/4 of the price as the department stores.
