Its amazing how this store has turned around. It is a complete 180 from how it used to be. They must have had some kind of management change recently. The staff seems so much happier, the store is cleaner, and the employees seem to be properly trained and prepared to help my family with our shopping experience. I have been recommending Belk to friends and family near and far after the positive experiences we have had at this store over the last 6 months.

Dirtiest store I have ever been in. Carpet looked like in had not been vacuumed since Black Friday and it is 4 days after Christmas. Mens section was pathetic. Very disappointed as we always shopped at a Belk in N.C. and loved it.
