Its where I go. I know where everything is. In there almost every week. Employees are great most the time but thats everywhere. It is irritating when one is rude. Because really you put the app in to get the job. The requires to acknowledge the general public. Smile say hello something. The cashier I had today didnt acknowledge that I said hello to her. Or me telling her I didnt want a item. She looked at me if I was stupid and causing her extra work. So I without saying anything went to customer service to say someone needed to have a talk with her only to have that lady slow down and me leaving. But saw management outside to end up telling him who was very polite even when being his break. Everyone do their time with the general public. If you dont like being polite and saying hi, thank you and your welcome to countless of people then or if your just not friendly the pick a new occupation. I worked at dollar general and believe me I rather deal with Wal Mart pajama wearing nappy hair having new car driving people then the gun pointing face smacking teen boy grow men peeing ANYWHERE worthless females stealing in front of their kids and so on believe I can go on for days. Anyway Wal Mart people are better. I couldnt do general public anymore at 33 so after 20 year I found a new occupation. She looked 20 if you look and act at the young of age find something else.

In response to a previous review about a woman named Matilda, Id like to say she is very unfair to my family and I. I believe with all of my heart she is racist, and Im african american. She wouldnt take back a bicycle I bought. The crank went out on it and it wouldnt pedal anymore. It was a factory made flaw. I had the bike 2 weeks and she refused to take it back. She does her best not to work with me at all. Now, when I need something returned, which isnt very often, but still, when I do need it done, I have my neighbor bring it in for me. She responds well to my neighbor, and I think its because he is a Mexican man. He understands and I thank him so much for helping me deal with her. So not to leave on a completely sour note, there is a nice african american lady that works at the return counter. She does her best with me and people of all color. I didnt get her name, but she is a short, skinny lady with short, strait black hair. I love her personality and she is good to do business with. Thanks Walmart!

If youre handicapped and use electric carts, this is not the store to go to. Their carts are constantly broke down, leaving you stranded in the middle of the store, theyre never plugged in nor fully charged(even though employees are suppose to check it frequently). Employees are rude, crude & obnoxious. Never enough staff so you can check out & get out fast. Always long lines to wait in. In the womans clothing dept, clothes are left laying on the floor, clothing items get trampled on leaving scuff marks & dirt on them. Plus size dept is practically non existent. You can never find staff to help answer questions or to use the dressing room. Is close to down town so get a lot of riff raff, shoplifting, parking lot accidents, car break ins. I no longer use this Walmart. In fact, I dont go to ANY of the Super Walmarts now. Most of the walmarts are the same. Understaffed & underpaid. They dont pay them enough to care about their jobs. I do use the Walmart Neighborhood stores.

Three stars for the Walmart in general. Two stars removed for location and general environment. This Walmart has been plagued by theft so they have locked down most areas. You cannot leave the makeup/hygiene area without paying for the items. This is only a minor inconvenience but it will mean that you will have to stand in line to check out twice. Unless you need something from the electronics Dept as well, in that case it would be three lines. The staff here works hard to keep everyone safe and theft to a minimum which has led to me being followed a few times which to me is kind of annoying. They are losing a tough battle and I do not blame them for taking the measures they have but this does decrease the overall rating of this store specifically. If another grocery store was as convenient I would go there instead. I have no affiliation to this business nor have I been given anything for providing this review.

We accidentally left a PS4 controller at the register, didnt realize it until Christmas day when we were wrapping gifts, and then couldnt find the receipt to prove the purchase. We called customer service this morning and they rudely said with no receipt there was nothing they could do about our $70 in lost merchandise. We went to the store to show them ye check information knowing they could find it from there, and Myisha in customer service helped us. She was very positive and extremely helpful. She was able to pull up the receipt and video to show it got left and directed us to go get our items. I was very impressed with her customer service, as normally when I go to this store the associates arent very helpful or very cheerful. She made it a very good experience and Im so thankful for what she did for us!!!

What is the point of the 1hour photo prints you can order from your phone if 2 hours later (at closing time) you stilll have not received my order! I showed my confirmation email to get an answer as to why it is not ready and I get "they will send get an email when it is ready". Yes, I understood my confirmation email, thank you, but again, it was supposed to be ready in an hour and I waited 2 hours and since it was getting close to closing time I went there anyway cause it was supposed to be ready in 1 HOUR. Now since it is closing time my one hour photo will be done one sometime the next day, if you even get my order. It is very frustrating because I needed that photo TONIGHT, so now I get to go somewhere and wait another hour for a machine to do your job...thanks

One of the worst places to shop in Wichita its dirty there was a drunk passed out when we were walking into the store. The prices are much higher than other grocery stores in the area and there were no cashiers working because it was an hour before close all we could use was self checkout which was a nightmare the clerk had to keep resetting it she said it happens all the time so what would normally take 5 minuets to do took 15 it was rediculous! This was my first time back to Walmart in a very long time and god willing it will be my last trip it. BTW other stores check out for you bag your groceries and take them to the car for you! Why would anyone shop this place?

Two Tattoo Walmart ( you need two tattoos to shop here) Homeless people and crack heads are always sitting out front or in the subway restaurant and all the dollar great value food items are gone before you get there. Store is huge its amazing they run out. Electronics staff look like the they are from the cast of the movie " deliverance" and know absolutely nothing. Although if you want to see farely attractive younger women wearing no bras and their asses hanging out of their shorts this is the spot. I feel like I need a weapon on me when I visit this location. Shop at your own risk.
