So Walmart is the closest major store around me, and for the convenience-- I go there a lot despite the several shitty experiences I have had there. Here are just a few and I wouldnt be surprised if you experience the same or similar: 1. Many price tags in aisles in grocery section are not there. Ive seen supervisors commenting on how they arent there and how it needs to be fixed…but 5 weeks later still..not there. 2. Checkers are incredibly slow… though no surprise there-- it is Walmart after all. 3. Called to get transferred to the home department-- first time: she didnt transfer it second time: she transferred it and they didnt pick up third time: didnt transfer it again. Customer service is incredibly incompetent. 4. Ordered to store pickup. I rang the buzzer thing and it took them 15 minutes to come out of the back room. In the mean time, at least 5 employees had passed by me and not a single one asked if I was being helped. Poor customer service. 5. Someone was blocking my way (an elderly woman) as I was trying to enter into the restroom and because of them, I was blocking a cashiers way coming out of the males restroom. He was so frustrated with the two second hold up that he threw his arms up in frustration and grunted. Really awkward when I went through his check out line on accident. 6. There have been several instances when I get checked out where the cashier and the bagger talk so much that the only instance I even hear from the cashier is when he tells me the total. No hi, no nothing.

Horrible Horrible customer service especially the managers lack of communication among them making me drive 30 min just to show my ID when my ID had already verified by the manger not even 3 hours of Purchace of product. Not ever buying from Walmart such big product over $400 I dont care how good of deal it is.....Its the bad customer service yall have rather pay more for good service... take customer service classes!!!! If yall dont like your job with the attitude yall give find another I bet theres plenty of people with better customer service skills then yall that would love a job!!! And this is for the Hewitt Walmart customer service management!!!

Horrible. The line lasted more than half an hour even though it was just a person infront of me and I was just going to buy a gift card. The main "employee" who had a yellow jacket didnt know anything. Also, there was an employee who was VERY rude to my family and I. She would not care about giving incorrect info and just turned around even though we were talking to her. I think walmart should train their employees more on how to properly approach a costomer,especially because we are paying for their salary by buying items

the tire center is terrible. Came up here while they were not busy to get 2 tires patched, 4 hours later and Im just now leaving. Told them that its ridiculous how long it took to do a simple thing and her only response was "dont shoot the messenger." I was here the whole time I waited and I saw a lot of sitting around from the employees, not too much work. Done with this place and its bad customer service. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

This is my favorite Walmart. Theres another Walmart in town closer to my house, but I always travel the longer distance to come to this Walmart because it has a more helpful staff, better organized items, and more checkout cashiers available. If youre in town and need to go to a Walmart, this is the Walmart to go to.

I havent had a bad experience at this Walmart. The vision center is wonderful. I recently bought a pair of prescription sunshades. I was pleasantly surprised at the price and they are of excellent quality. I use the pharmacy and have never had issues with them. I can find just about anything I want to here.

Clean store and friendly staff. A gentleman working in the electronics department was more than helpful in helping me choose between two noise-canceling headsets. Bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned in days, but I dont usually stop by Walmart for the restrooms anyway.

I have been waiting in sporting goods for 25min. They have been trying to get someone to help me with licenses. They found one but he is on lunch break. Good manager not to leave his break and finish gia break probably 5 min. Of his time. Were is the customer service.

Me and my wife went to the walmart in hewitt texas we asked for help from three different walmart store personal and every time they told me they would send someone to help me after waiting in the department about 30 minutes me and my wife gave up and left the store

Good store but some of the people who work there seem to think that its fine to treat people like idiots when asking for simple directions to departments. me: where is the shoe department? (I cant see the giant sign.) them: uuuhhh back there? where the giant sign is?

Walmart Supercenter in Hewitt is located conveniently on Hewitt Drive among many restaurants convenience stores shopping centers Etc. I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience shopping at this Walmart this is what I consider my home Walmart my main one

This walmart is very well stocked. Sporting goods is excellent and IMO SECOND ONLY TO THE NEW KILLEEN STORE IN SPORTING GOODS. VERY CLEAN AND THE SUBWAY IS BUY ONE GET ONE FREE AFTER 1 AM. SO GOOD DEALS AND LOTS OF AMMO

The store is ALWAYS clean and the employees are ALWAYS helpful. There are other Walmart stores closer but the Hewitt store has a much better atmosphere. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! Keep up the GREAT work Hewitt Walmart.

Everything thing was just fine except for the price of the milk. The milk cases have signs on the doors displaying the price as $2.88, per gallon but I was charged $3.28.

Its convenient, but most of the time when you need to ask where something is, you dont see any employees.. and if you do, they ignore you or act like they dont hear you

This has to be one of the worst stores .It used to take 20 mins to get in and out now its hour and a half to get out. To many low rent people have moved in.
