There a couple of things that bother me about this store. One is the noise level of music an do the variety of music in each area. Why not have one type of music for whole store,some areas play louder than others. My second complaint about this store is getting rid of plus size fashion for women over size 12 and affordable jewelry. There a lot more plus size women and men in the RGV. than thought. I do not like having to go to another town or online to try and find what I want. Please bring back a pleasant experience that is affordable

Horrible customer service with nasty attitude never ever shopping there ever again spreading the word of their terrible customer service. Over something they displayed wrong and they were giving us a hard time and the cashier lady mumbled something and I said excuse me, she didnt say anything. And top it off the lady had her name tag but her name was covered with black tape. I asked to talk with the manager she said wasnt there.

There was not an option for wheelchairs for handicap shoppers ,staff was unatentive in assisting shoppers. You had to go find someone to see if they could help you. For example, there was one employee about 15 feet from us and we had to go to her, so she could help us. I feel that she should have had the courtesy to at least ask if we needed help in finding items. I feel that this store is not ADA friendly .

Stopped here on vacation. Dirty, Disorganized, the bathrooms were literally like walking into a barn yard. Too many people in too confined space.
