I have never been in this store when they were not short on cashier. ..8 customers in line 2 cashiers. I asked manager why 4 lughts were on and only 2 cashiers..."we had a girl call in sick" was answer I got. Manager did NOT stay and assist the two cashiers, that were working, and did not call for anymore to come to front. I left, went to rosss for socks for my boyfriend! Better service!

Associates are unhelpful and rude. The manager is unprofessional and inexperienced. Customer service is what sales products. This was the first and last Marshalls I have and will ever go into.
