Not a happy experience checking out. Only 1 cashier on the register. I was the 2nd person standing in line at Returns & Exchanges area. No customer was at the Purchasing area @ that time. When the person in front of me was done, the cashier called the customer who just walked in at the Purchase line. I am waiting to be called next, then she bypassed me again, so I called the cashiers attention to let her know that I was in line even before the last customer she checked out. Her excuse is, she is the only cashier and she is calling people alternately from returns & purchased line. I understand that but I told her she is not following that rule because she bypassed me twice. She did not say anything and did not even apologized. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I did two transactions because I needed a gift receipt for some stuff so I did them separate and Stephanie ( tall Caucasian lady with glasses) gave me my receipt and I said wheres the gift receipt? and she was like oh and just printed me a copy of the regular one and I was like this is it? With the prices showing?? and she was like "I forgot to press gift receipt and I think the gift receipt even shows the prices on them too, anyway theres no way I can do it now" everyone knows gifts receipts dont show prices on them. Maybe if she wasnt to busy talking to some random guy who came up to the counter ( her bf possibly? It was obviously someone she knew) then maybe she could do her job right. Poor service.

Sequoyah was extremely rude and unprofessional and denied a service because I was in the handicapped Lane and she told me to go to the end of the line even to other register even though I am handicapped and took sticker in there to show her my friend showed her that and she said we should have told her because I was handicapped but we could read the sign that said for disabled people she was extremely rude thank you Shirley Woodson

I visited the Ross store during this Christmas season. I was able to find small gifts for my colleagues for reasonable prices. I was also glad that I did not have to stand in line for too long when at the cash register. The cashiers were very quick and efficient.

Love Ross. However... Its always hard for me to find clothing in my size because one; Im a guy and two; I am too small for guys but to big for kids. I love their prices and quality but I mostly go for shoes and the occasional pair of pants

I love it here. Most of the time there are good deals. Unlike other ross locations, this one is very clean and everyone speaks english!

Too many customers and not enough staff. Messy racks, like a giant flea market. Dressing rooms are not updated .
