Go for Sears when it comes to services for your appliances!! Never even think of Depew Appliance and Service Inc. in 5933 Burnet Rd, Austin TX 78757. Depew is the worst appliance store.. They just exist because they charge high diagnostic service which you will regret! I should have gone with Sears in the first place. Depews manager and staff are rude on the phone and in person. They are just after what you will pay them and NOT good quality service. Austin does not deserve a company like Depew Appliance. Sears and other appliance stores liek Best Buy are still your best choice when it comes to diagnosis, repair and buying new appliance.

I just had the worst experience right now in Sears by I-35. Where this guy was trying to trying to sign me up for a credit card and a MasterCard telling me that was only way to get a lease for a mattress that I wanted. He was wanting me to sign two papers In which he didnt explain to me what they were about. I just wanted to see if I would be available to get a lease. In The end he told me that there was no way to apply for lease you had to first apply for a credit card. He tore the papers and told me that there was just no way for me to get a lease. -Worst Experience Of My Life. I Just Wanted To Cry.

Dont buy any appliances from here. My lawn mower was broke after using twice. I called sears home repair service. They told me that I could drop my lawn mower at this location. When I came to this store, they said sears dont fix stuff here and local shop does. There is one local shop does repair located 25 miles from this sears. Dont buy Any appliances here. If its broke, youll spend extra time and money like me for sure. I wont buy any from sears. Only one location for repair

called them this morning ---dead battery. I bought it in 2010. Mark helped me quickly and professionally over the phone. He went so far as to give me option of bringing in the battery for testing rather than my having to jump my car, drive it in and then have to wait for a potentially long time. When I got there, he treated me like I was the only customer, even though the place was busy. Mark is an asset to Sears. Great attitude and great service. Wade Williams

This is really sad that Sears will offer you a service that they cant perform just to make a sell to impress the little boss..Im sick of there people selling products to make money for a company they dont own and causes people to have to lose so much time in finding out that those mechanic are incompetent to preform nothing but oil changes. Beware the smooth talking....

Bought a carseat from Sears online at a great price and chose the pickup in store option. When I picked it up, however, the box had obviously been opened before. There was no packaging material left, just a scuffed up carseat that had obviously been used and installed in another persons car. Might as well have gotten a used carseat off craigslist.

If I could give them zero stars I would... managers play good old boy when they have screwed up, wont give out district manager contacts so they dont get In trouble for being incompetent... unfortunately an American staple of Sears is just dying, because of junk like this... horrible customer service, including from the "head store manager."

I was very loudly and repetitively misgendered by an extremely rude cashier at this Sears in an effort to humiliate me. I loved shopping there for clothes, but Im not spending a dime somewhere that they hire people to publicly embarrass their customers. In Austin, Ill find somewhere that wants my money.

well i have no problems with sears except for their photo center...i took pictures there on December and i still havent gotten anything yet... sure they were really nice the day of the shoot but ever since then they keep telling me to come back in a week or two!!! I JUST WANT MY PICTURES!!!

The salesman that was helping just took off and left someone else had to come and ring me up. And its not like it was work either I knew what I wanted they had it all I needed agreed that was a cashier. I used to work for sears 20 years ago nothing like it used to be. No wonder they are sinking.

Sears is in desperate need of an overhaul. This store is dirty, dark, and falling apart. No electronics or tools section. Great for having items shipped locally and for pickup. For anything else you would be better off a store that is not about to implode.

This location is kind of a let down, it does not have electronics or tools. They carry clothing, household appliances, jewelry and mattresses.The store is huge for what little they do carry. Every time I am there I feel like I am the only customer in the store.

You could film a really good scary movie here, most likely during operating hours. Its barely staffed, they dont carry things they claim to carry, and the employees pressure you really hard to sign up for their lists.

Love this store. Great deals on tools and clothing. Will come back again. They also have a locksmiths shop that sells car keys and keyless remotes, saved me a trip to the dealership and saved hundreds!

Great selection and pretty good prices. I really like the touch screen information screens in the appliances section. This was was a lot easier than constantly looking up specs on my phone.

The clothes selection is horrible. The tools and home accessories are very good though. Sears is never busy and there is a ton of staff.
