Went into this store to purchase a dress. I chose one off of the rack and a worker standing near by rudely said to me, "Did you get that dress off of this rack?" I said, "Yes." She then went, "UHUHHH!" in a rude voice near my face. I told her that I was sorry, but the dress did have a tag and was on the rack. She got within a few inches of my face and said, "NO!" I put the dress back on the rack and told her that I did not need to be treated that way. I had another employee call a manager for me and I described to the manager what had happened. The manager was nice, but tried to make an excuse for the employee saying she had "something" going on in her life. I dont care what is going on, if I had spoken to a person that way and been within a few inches of their face, I could have had assult charges filed against me. I then contacted the corporate office and got a return call from the main manager at the local store. He did apologize, but I will NEVER return to this store as this is the second incident at this location where an employee was very rude to me. JcPenny is going down the tubes with their customer service.

I cant find much that I like lately in this store. They used to be full of awesome clothes but its starting to lack. One day I was having some sudden health problems and had to go to the bathroom a few times while in the store. After the second time a lady came up to me fast and looked at me accusingly asking if I needed help finding something or if I was just gonna run around the store all day. I said I was fine and went to shopping. I just held it as long as I could because she was watching me so I put the items I would have bought back and left. There was another instance I got stuck standing in line for about 40 min while the cashier chatted it up with some ladies while the line was fast growing. I was second in line when the lady in front of me turned and made comments about how long it was taking. I responded how it was my anniversary and I was gonna be late getting ready now because of it and the customer at the register stared us down rudely and they went back to their chat. Wow....

Went on night before mothers day. Service was horrible, girls working register poorly trained. I asked cashier clerk to check my balance, she didnt know how, she told me to step aside, after I had waited in line. Manager "Ashley" giving one customer personalized service after repeated calls for manager and wouldnt answer the page, clerks said they didnt know where the manager was, when in fact they were looking right at her. She was in jewelry dept. When I attempted to talk to manager she was rude, dismissive and tacky. Later, when ready to check out. I stood in line at jewelry dept, this manager pulled the girl from the register when I was up next. No apology, nothing. I wont be shopping there again. Hire professionals, not tacky street scum.

Dont go here.They will mess your hair up worst than what you come in like. Had to st up there for 6 hours cause they screwed it up so bad and had to try to fix it. Still not happy. Plus u get told one price and than when it comes time to pay it is more. Very disappointed. Worst hair salon ever. That is why not hairstylist will work there. They dont even deserve one star. Dont go. Horrible horrible horrible

The consistent problem with shopping this store in particular is that the staff is not properly trained. It slows the entire process down. Please understand that you need to invest in your employees so it shows when asking questions or checking people out. I see that Customer Service is a consistent problem at the MWC store for more than myself.

While the entire store is great, I want to give a 5 star rating specifically for the portrait studio. The employees running it were amazing and really took the time to take great pictures with great poses. Only downfall is the pictures were so good I had to buy the top picture packet to get them all!

JCPenneys and Midwest City Oklahoma very good customer service very nice items and product but a little bit expensive. Thats the only thing I have a problem with I found a shirt there for $40, then found the same one for $19.99 at a different retail store.

JCPenney is a nice, clean store offering lots of quality choices for everyone. This location is located on 29th St and Air Depot in Midwest City in the new shopping center.
