This is like a second home for us as we visit so frequently! Our visits here initially started as an alternative to the TJ Maxx within the same area as the items were fantastic, but the service was lacking. However, that quickly blossomed into a love for this gem of a store. The prices are always just right, and their selection is so wide and varied that I can easily spend a good half hour to an hour in here simply browsing. I love looking at some of the nifty little bits and pieces of furniture they have whereas he is always in the aisles for cooking utensils and various goodies. Ive never had an issue with their service provided, and have found the ladies up at the registers are always cheerful and friendly when checking us out or upon our entrance into the store. Since theyre partnered with TJ Maxx, among some other companies, you can use your rewards card at both as well!

Watch out for the register and confirm price before you pay. I found a throw pillow that was $13 but with a small stain on it. Talked to a manage in the area and asked if I could get another one from the warehouse. She said that was the last one but she could knock a dollar and some cents from it. I agreed. She attached a new sticker with a lower price and I checked out. Unfortunately for me I didnt pay attention to the price and paid. Got home, pull the tags out and used the pillow. After a couple of days I found a charge for a higher price on my card. Found the receipt and confirmed that I paid higher. Called the store and a was told by the manager that nothing can be done since I pulled the tag out already. Not a big loss, but I think it is dishonest for HomeGoods to charge me more for a defective product, after agreeing to sell for a lower price. Never again!

The other day I went into this HomeGoods and they have some really great stuff for some great prices! I bought an item from them for a terrific price, I absolutely love it. Unfortunately, I will never return to this store again. The customer service I got from the staff and the manager was very poor, it felt like an inconvenience to ask someone for any kind of assistance at all. I am not one to ask for help because I dont want to put anyone out but I could not possibly move this item on my own so I had to ask, and after the way I was helped by the staff I wish I wouldnt have asked. With all of this said, I hope maybe it was just a bad day for everyone in the store and nobody has the experience with them that I had.
