If at all possible avoid the Automotive department at this Location. Went in to have an alignment done on my vehicle and within 4 months the brand new front tires were bald. Sears advised me that because they had no Idea if the tires were rotated that they would not repair the damage. i.e., replace the tires and realign the vehicle. After having the vehicle examined by three other shops who all verified that the damage was caused because Sears failed to adjust the toe did Sears finally replace the cost of tires and another alignment. Additionally; Purchased a Hammer Drill from Sears and after using it three times it fall apart. Took it back to Sears and they indicated that because I did not have the receipt they would not replace or reimburse me. I indicated I purchased the Drill on My Sears credit Card and they looked at my charges and indicated they could not find the purchased going back to January 2012. Having to complete my job I purchased a new Drill from a different vendor; that evening; I checked my charges on line and found the Hammer Drill purchase on my Sears Card dated Oct 2012.. It was the Manager who stated he could not find the purchase. What does that tell you about the management capabilities at Sears? The Peter Principle is alive and well at SEARS...

Absolutely horrible atmosphere and service. We went in to look at dish washers, a sales person immediately asked us what we were looking for, we had already looked at all the models online and just wanted to see them up close before deciding what we wanted. So we just responded "oh were good, just looking". The sales person silently followed us no less than three feet away just looking at us until it became so uncomfortable we decided to leave. (We decided to get a washer from home depot instead of Sears, same model, just because of this) We did decide to buy a few shirts on the way out, so we go to the register and meet ANASTASIA.. who continually badgered us to sign up for a rewards or points card over and over, i must have said no at least 15 times, at which point ANASTASIAS tone and demeanor completely changed, she became very rude and snappy, crammed the clothes into a bag, threw the crumpled receipt in the bag and shoved it at me without saying a word. I am blown away by how amazingly horrid the customer service at this place is. Will never set foot in this store again.

I recently purchased a refrigerator on layaway from the Waco store. It was going to be a Christmas present for my wife. Due to no overtime at my job I missed one payment and they cancelled the layaway. They told me they were issuing a refund check for the amount I put down and all payments thereafter. Amount total 300.00. They sent the check to the wrong address and I called the manager and told him about it and he said they would correct the problem. They have drug their feet and a month later still have not sent my money. They have ruined Christmas for me and my family. I have contacted Sears complaint department and they said they would help, but 4 days later still havent heard from them. Who do you have to talk to to get any satisfaction with these people? They act like they are doing you a favour by giving you your money back. I will never deal with Sears Waco ever again.

Nothing but good service and friendly sales people, my family and I encountered. Being new in the area and having shopped at Sears in Savannah, GA we went to Sears Waco and met Mr. Kevin from the mattress dept/ He not only told us about mattresses and its sales value, but also sold us some living room furniture, which was not in his area. He even went so far as arranged for delivery and also for the assembling of the furnitures. He is a credit to the store and to customers like us. Next time we need anything you can be sure we will look for Kevin once again. Good Job.

The worst customer service I have ever had, called and had the hardest time getting my warrenty info because someone didnt link my phone number to my purchase, finally wheb located was told to call local sears to look it up and was told system was down and was hung up on by their op manager made complaint ang the man above her didnt seem to do anything there is much much more but just know i will never spend another dime at sears or on craftsman agian.

Tried to purchase an exercise bike. Stood there 20 min. Tried to find an employee, couldnt , called the store to get an answering system that prompts you to leave a message. Really in 2012 an answering machine! Then I come home email the company and they never respond! Sears will NEVER get my business! I will share my experience with all who ask! 20 years retail management and I can not believe this company is still open.

Regret buying a washer and dryer from Sears. Never again. SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON IT AND ALSO THEY TOLD US HOW GOOD THE PROTECTION PLAN IS AND WHEN U CALL CAUSE U NEED SOMETHIN THEY ARE TO LAZY TO COME OUT TO YOUR HOUSE AND CHECK IT OUT. Saying lets try over phone fixing it first. I dk about washers. Thats why Im calling my protection plan to come out and help.

I took my truck in for tires and oil change, "certified diesel" mechanic, his claim, not mine, took 4 trips under the truck to figure out what size drain plug was. Spilled oil into fan shroud, which resulted in oil sprayed over engine. He did mount and balance tires well. Will not return after spending time having to clean engine compartment.

AUTO DEPT~ MILITARY DISCOUNT! 10%!!!!! I took my car in for an oil change and Ryan, whom I believe is the manager, was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and very respectful. I am usually untrustworthy when it comes to mechanics, but I trust Ryan with his level of expertise.

Had to look for help while shopping. Womens slippers are now in the Womens clothing section; along with the bras, and other miscellaneous items! And its across from the Jewelry counters! Poor lay-out of the whole store!

As of 08/10/2017 . Class action lawsuit against sear warranty department. They will tell you anything to get you to buy. See you in court hopefully before they file for bankruptcy.
