I DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT TO THE LOCATION , I READ THE REVIEWS AND DECIDED TO CALL AND INQUIRE ABOUT QUOTES AND WHAT NOT, I MUST SAY THESE GUYS DO SEND A VIBE THAT THEY DONT WANT YOU BOTHERING THEM..... I AM NOT ONE TO TALK BAD ABOUT OTHERS BECAUSE WE ALL HAVE BAD DAYS BUT, BUSINESS IS BUSINESS, AND YOU GUYS AND GALS AT H&H PAWN HAVE TO REALLY SMILE MORE.....I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT I DID WRONG WHEN I CALLED MAYBE MY QUESTIONS WERE ANNOYING TO WHOEVER I SPOKE WITH BECAUSE THEY DIDNT GIVE A NAME... JUST A LITTLE ADVICE GUYS TRY THINKING ABOUT YOUR APPROACH TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS, THINK ABOUT HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED AND IT WILL HELP YOU WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS...OVERALL RESPECT GOES A LONG WAY.....GOD BLESS AND GOOD LUCK...SAN ANTONIO IS RIGHT UP THE ROAD...THINK ABOUT IT...SMH...

I agree with the other people this place sucks they dont even try to give you a good deal if you go and try to pawn something they dont even try to give you whats the best price they try to actually rip you off. They wont even go online just to see what an item cost you so that they can loan you the money at a good price they would just rather give you the the bottom of the barrel lowest price

this is the worst pawnshop i have ever been to... the girls there dont know anything about jewelry or gold or diamonds offered me $40 on a 14k chain... went to the ACME GOLD BUYERS down the street guy gave me $135 !! was nice on top of it.. the pawnshop people were rude....................... stay away go to the gold buyers if you are selling !!!!

Went as a buyer not a seller, employees were rude and had no clue about their merchandise. You would think that customer service would be important but I am assuming they are trying to bank on being the only pawn shop around. Save your self the trouble and spend a little more on gas and head to the shops in converse

Staff is friendly, always welcome you with a smile when you walk in and ask if they can help you. Its Floresville so dont expect amazing things being sold here, but great for little trinkets.

Owner or manager very rude, does not negotiate at all, poor, poor, experience. Tries to get full price, for that I will go to a Retail store and get a warranty!
