Horrible service. Was in line behind another customer sales rep Jesse spoke to customer in front of me for ~10 minutes offering him a job. When done, looked me in the eye and walked away to register where he stood and played with his hands for a few minutes. He looked at me, finally walked over, told me to speak up, then spoke to me like Im stupid, and told me to give him 5 minutes until hes ready to help me. Ive never been able to receive help here in under 10 minutes. Poopy service, extremely crowded. Better pawn shop down the street.

I live down the street from this pawn shop. Good items, good location (walking distance for me is why) but it is true, they treat you like your stupid, unimportant, rude. A customer is a customer regardless of race, age, or gender. This particular area favors mostly men, so being a woman, I was asked, "if I could go get my husband," "so he ( sales rep) could do business with someone who was of value!" - real true quote!!! Manager agreed. Would not do anything.

My experience here was good, came to look for a engagement ring and left with a bridal ring set as well. Manager took her time to help us look for them and make a good decision on our purchase and also discounted the prices giving us a awesome deal.
