Bought a Louie Vuitton as they said it was "real". Had it checked out by dealer. Yup... Fake. It was in really bad shape so I cleaned it really well. I returned it to offer to purchase it back if they gave me a good price on a fake bag. They still wanted 1/2 the price. After I declined the offer I told a girl employee she should buy it as it was a good fake and she could get a great discount as an employee. She gave me huge attitude "oh, its not good enough for you but I can use a fake. OMG....beware of girl wearing a Dallas jersey on Sundays. Really, really bad attitude!

The only good thing about Pronto Pawn are the prices. The staff (including manager) have the worst attitudes than any other pawn shops that Ive been to. And they also lie about the things youve pawn in the past. Theyve ripped me off on my LG Bluetooth headset and said that I lost them when in fact I had not. They had resold them for $75. They gave $20 loaned out to me. Nonetheless I had lost them because the staff lied to me. After I take everything out, I will NO LONGER be using them. I will go to EZ Pawn from now on.

Took a smashed up gold ring with a couple of tiny diamonds in it...the so called" TOP GUN OF 2017"she straight up lied to my face after I asked her "Are the diamonds real " she said no I took it to a scrape gold place and they gave me double what this place was offering...lost me as a customer...and I would never ever recommend this place to any one even if they were desperate to get money...your better selling off selling whatever you got somewhere else

Management is not on the same page. They wont let you make payments on pawned weapons. They are trying to set customers up to lose there things by technicalities. True capitalism at work. Stay away!! With every dollar we vote for more of what we spend on. Boycott this shop.

I got there 5 minutes till closing to payoff a pawned item and the manager Michael was at the door & would not let me in. There were still customers in the store browsing. Ge said they shut down the computers for the night.
