Total poop hole. Sleazy sales talk from some guy who knows nothing about what he is selling. Guitar s and amps. Guy says ask him if I need any help. He disapears so I ask someone to find him. He still doesnt show so I ask another employee for a screw driver and flashlight so I can check the speakers etc on a "Mesa" cabinet to see if it was fake. She brings me the tools and I open it. Obviously been opened many times so of course it was not real. A peavey cab with a Mesa logo. They must have known this. I ask the lady if I can check a few more. She says ok and leaves. Original sales guy comes back and starts bitching me out. Assuming I had gotten the tools myself. Told him they had been given to me. Who?! He demands to know. Told him I didnt know her damn name. Basically called me liar. And the proceeded to be an ass when I asked if I could open the next one or not. Needless to say I left. They knew and have been told that is not a Mesa cab but it will sit there as one until some sucker buys it. Then if he brings it back they will say he stole real speakers.

All around terrible, the employees re all very rude and act like its so busy but the truth is they are so disorganized that customers always pile up and leave b4 being helped, had some employee try to twist my arm to buy what i would call the CHEAPEST handgun ive ever seen after seeing it I felt as if he was insulting me the piece of junk was made in turkey but felt like china, above all overstock with broken tool, guitars, amps, ect. that are also overpriced from my experience if you need music gear GO TO GUITAR CENTER they always deliver and ones got a factory f up and with no strings they took care of me/ fire arms, hunters GO TO ACADEMY SPORTS AND OUTDOOR always and i mean always have great and LOW prices unless your looking for a classic piece of work. i suppose, looking for tools go to a smaller pawn shop good prices actually, electronics goto walmart. DONT GOTO THIS ACTION PAWN EVER!!

Theres no way of not putting starts, whatever. So I was in need of quick cash before payday. So I pawned my cheap Tig welder. When I told if I dont bring in the pedal for the welder they would not take it. Went back home got the pedal, came back and mention to the guy please notate that there is a pedal with the welder. (I dont want them to lose it.) Well now I back to retrieve my welder and no pedal, I have been here for an hour, and they are telling me that they can not find it. They are coming up with every excuse that Im lying about the pedal. Then finally some manager comes up and threatening me that she is going to look into the security cameras to see the transaction. So no told her please do and that she will see the pedal. Still waiting here for their response. Go anywhere else dont come here. I did because its just down the street but that was a mistake.

I pawned by hp touch screen computer and when i paid to get it back, my touch screen didnt work anymore and neither did my usb ports. I dont know if these guys are using our products we pawn and give it back to us customers in worst shape than when we drop them off. I will never ever recommend anyone to this pawn broker ever nor will i ever go here again. this is the only time i came to this place and pawn two different items and both were scratched up broken a piece or just not functioning like the way i left my items to them. its a shame to be doing that to us customers. worst experience ever. and after i asked about it, their response was as if its a shock. i was weary about leaving it in the first place and i took a picture of my item and sure enough it wasnt the same way i gave both items to them.

I was so impressed with the customer service and knowledge of the guy in guns named bryan. he was the only one that seemed to be enjoying his line of work during the busy time on saturday the 1st of july. his way with customers and his service to make sure they get the fire arm that is suitable for there lifestyle is just amazing. well he taught me and my wife everything we needed to know before purchasing. even cared enough to ask if there were any kids in the house and when we answered yes informed us of gun saftey and gave us a trigger lock just for extra precaution. this guy just outshines everyone that ive encountered when i visit. glad yall got someone that takes pride in his work and service to customers. keep it up bryan

ok i bought two ruger p89 9mm guns and a ruger 380..a tuarus 380... a AK47....pistol grip shotgun...a glock 17 9mm...and 2 mossberg t715 22l rifles .....everytime i go here they take FOREVER!!!!! takes 2hours jus to buy a gun it sucks here if the workers even aknowlage you they talk n talk to everyone but u to avoid helping u out ive been dised by workers here all the time they jus blow u off im a great customer i bought thousands of $ worth of guns tvs rims tools ect....frm your store but no more tired of being ingrored by ur workers going to other pawn shops now n gun srores now

GUN BUYERS BEWARE. I had a bad experience when I came in to buy my AR 15 was getting ready for the transaction the guy told me he couldnt sell it to me because it was reported stolen by the police. The next day I go back to the pawn the same AR15 was at the shelf with 500 dollars more from the original price. Talk to the manager didnt want to respect the original price. Now I wonder if my other guns I bought from them if they are run the serial number by the police are going to come out stolen too.

Please go to CASH AMERICA PAWN, its just down the street from this terrible business! The woman who checked my authentic Figaro chain quoted me a good price. Then she needed to check with the manager who has a tough attitude older man. He said no unless for a lower price, then we had a deal. No thanks. Took it to Cash America and they were very friendly. Welcoming. They wont make you feel like your business is beneath them. Got more at cash america than they quoted the first time as well.

Before buying from this pawn shop check your prices !!!!! Everything is over price, go on line at look for it , if at store item is 99.00 at store they have it for 149. Then they say will give you 20 off. Trying to make it seem like you have a deal 80% pawn shop work this way watch your self ,manager not so nice unless your a female, even employees will tell you that prices are to high just look around and start pricing items on your phone

Everyone who works here is either a douche bag or a nasty,rude chola. The gross girl who called me to her line,smacked her tastless piece of gum in my face as she acted like she couldnt help me. Grow some eyebrows, scary looking broads. Smelt fishy too. Breath was horrid. No wonder they dont take care of their customers,they dont even take care if their own personal hygiene. Wash your smelly balls and coochies,cochinos!
