Bought a guitar that was supposed to also have case. It did when we looked at it and then when son went to pick it up and didnt have a case. I wasnt available to actually go with my son and pick it up but then when I tried to call I was put on hold and they never came back to the call. Very rude customer service when I was trying to find out more information about what happened to the case that came with the guitar. I had to call back several times and got the run-around. Not even an apology nothing thats okay Im going to blog here Im going to blog on every site that I can get onto as well as my Facebook and tell everyone I know how crappy the service really is here and you dont get what you purchased. Was told someone must have sold the case with another guiter. My question is why wasnt the guiter in the case since it was on lay away and for it protection. I will never buy at American Pawn again. Because they dont stand by what they sale. If the case was separated from guitar another one should have been put back with it.

Ive been coming here for years and I love this place. A lot of pawn brokers get a deservedly bad reputation, but these guys are most certainly not among them. They have always worked with me (especially when I was in the hospital), given me a fair price when I am buying, and generous prices when I am pawning. They are running a business, but they do it as the truly good people they are and I am glad to give them my business, so much so that I drive from all the way across town to do it. I highly recommend that anyone else does the same.

They were extremely professional. Greeted me like a preferred customer and first time there! Very polite throughout the whole time i was there. Very friendly not at all like alamo pawn where they barely even looked me in the eye once! Im not gonna lie, i didnt expect much, but they definitely changed my mind and proved me wrong. I will definitely be coming back!

These guys have treated me kindly and respectfully for the last 5 years! There is a reason you cant wear your gun in a pawn shop, they get robbed!!!! I am a gun owner, and I respect their rules! If you cant, then maybe you shouldnt own a gun, you must be a Donald Trump voter!!!!

I did not go into this establishment because they had a 30.06 sign saying they did not want us with our concealed handguns in their store.
