A while back my friend and I visited the store and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by Christopher. He assisted me with questions that I had about the value of jewelry. He was very professional. However, I didnt feel comfortable staying longer to take my time and browse the store as the other gentleman working was RUDE by giving demands to the sales associate. My friend and I couldnt believe what wed heard. Knowning that the associate was helping us and then to appease the "manager" he politely excused himself to do mundane tasks. Overall we will not be returning to the store if that kind of management is expected.
