Honestly the 1 star rating is pushing it 1/2 a star would be more appropriate. First off let me say this place does not take pride in their appearance outside, in the store and behind the counter (employees), could have guessed that pulling up. I have no idea how they could possibly organize anything with the clutter. The overall morale of the employees was rude, belittling, and overall course. Secondly, I was warned before hand that pawning off items there lasted a month, (so they were told) and when they came back for the item before the month was up they had already sold it! His receipt that they gave him was one date and in their computer they listed as another date. Not so luckily for us we were there to sell. Went with a friend to help him pawn off his month old Xbox 360 (not a strong negotiator) I was blown away at the price that they offered for the Xbox 360 they completely low balled him. Hardly used Xbox 360 with a 250GB hard drive in original box and repackaged (new: $295), about 8-10 games half of them never had been opened (avg new: $45-60 total: $360-500), 2 controllers (one came with the console and the second new $36), 2 mic sets (new $50 each. $100 total). TOTAL NEW: $791 - $931 give or take with those video games. Since some items were slightly used I would estimate total value between $600-$800. They offered $150 I laughed at the guy and asked him "to be real" and took it to $200 and called it his cap. Once again almost insulted by now I laughed and asked him to bring up the prices more, "we want to sell" I reiterated. I told him to check his pricing on everything that was there, no such luck, lazy!! He scoffed, sighed, and a hardly audible mutter and continued to say "take it or leave it the very highest I can go will be $250." This person was incompetent in their business and negotiating skills. I simply replied politely and we left with everything went to a different pawn shop and the gentleman offered $500 just scanning over it in 30 seconds. I talked with my friend and convinced him to sell on Craigslist instead. With pictures posted, in two hours we had it sold for $750. Severely disappointed in this business for it has negative reflection on local businesses and the community!!

Please, please remember that a Pawn Shop is not Craigslist. They are often the shop of last resort offering as little as possible. Its called capitalism! I dont work for this shop and have no interest in defending pawnshops. Some people go into a pawn shop expecting fair value. NOT! Usually pawn shops will offer 25 cents on the dollar. Want more? Go to Craigslist and put up with the idiots calling you at 2AM. I have been in this shop many times and found staff no worse than industry standard. They are friendly and try to work with you. Even if your electric bill is overdue and you are stressed! Just remember they have a job to do and they are not your Aunt Edith loaning you money!

I go here often this place is a good place. Do you have to realize that guys working pawn shops a different breed because they have a thousand people walk in everyday and wanting the guys that work there to give everything away. So it takes a special person to able have the patience to work there. I find the guys myself very well mannered and they might seem kind of standoffish but because they are very well-mannered people I like them we have a lot of deals together do you have the patience to work a deal with them you will find if they are really personable folks . And anybody that cries about that its just a crybaby anyway I said....Ace Osborne

I had my eye on a Baum and Mercier watch for awhile. The guys quoted me a great price, they even had the watch cleaned, with a battery replacement. The new owner, Bill, and the staff, Nico and Luis, are professional and easy to work with. Whether you are buying, selling or pawning, this is the place to go. THANKS YOU GUYS. ;)
