When you call this store for assistance you will receive an automated message that states this company is "relentlessly striving to be the BEST toy and baby store in the WORLD!!" Well, you have a long way to go. I called your store 3 times to check for an in-stock item. I attempted to look on line but the feature was unavailable (go figure). The first phone call resulted in me being answered by an associate who listened to my need and then promptly put me on hold after saying she was transferring me to the correct area. 10 mins on hold and no one picked up. I attempted to call back twice and the phone was not even picked up. Ill assume this issue is due to a problem with staffing. I suggest as a retailer who is relentlessly striving to be the best, that you fix that issue.

I took an infant care class here that we really enjoyed. There are many useful natural products here and they will let you feed or change your child here if needed. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because of the customer service. The woman there wasnt very friendly and looked at me like she was irritated when I asked her questions. I was thinking honey, I have an infant. I really dont have interest in dealing with your boredom and irritation.

The staff should be more knowledgeable and helpful about their store and its products! And if they not for sure about something they should ask a manager. Most of the staff have nonchalant attitudes... and dont care to do their to the best their ability! This is the reason I always go to Lewisville... when the store is closer to me! But Lewisville babiesrus is polite, attentive, and helpful... yall could take some pointers from them

Started a registry online and had questions so I went to the store. I didnt get to ask anyone for help because I never found anyone to ask. All the prices and labels were mixed up. Total disaster of a store. One person at cash register, I waited in line 20 mins!! Where are the employees? I wish I hadnt wasted my time registering here, Id hate for anyone coming to my shower to have to waste their time in this store.

Jose was a huge help finding us the perfect stroller and car seat combo! Liz was great in setting up our registry, very nice team that are ready to help and experienced.
