Sorry this will be long, but I feel its important to be honest with people. This used to be my favorite store until some shady things started happening. I do not enjoy how employees are treated. A business that does not take care of their employees will never get my support. Everything is extremely overpriced but I was okay with that because I was supporting a local business and a family that I once really enjoyed. The owners were great until true colors started to show. I honestly feel they were so nice just because I spent so much money there. I quickly became what they call their "green card" its the top of their rewards program. I was promised so much and was told Id get a gift and a ton of amazing deals. Well it was like 8-10 months of having it and I think they maybe did ONE small discount for the green cards. And every event was for all card holders. What was the point of earning the green card? Yeah absolutely nothing. I feel robbed honestly. They are full of promises they cannot keep and thats extremely tacky in my opinion. Also its extremely unprofessional to reel people in with giveaways when you never even follow through with them. Pure greed. Do not support this business, I advise you to run far from unless youd like to be out thousands to put money in a greedy families pocket.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, not only by the owners but by all of their staff as well. They are well informed and share their knowledge with the parents they come into contact with. They value their customers which shows in their VIP club and also in their sales. They have done several special orders for us which were greatly appreciated.

Top to Bottom has been my go to for everything cloth diapering! They answer all my questions! This store has everything!! Maternity clothes, nursing products, cloth diapers, teething necessities, car seats, diaper bags, baby carriers, toys and soooo much more. I have never left this store disappointed or empty handed!!

This place is great. Every time I go into this store Im always greeted with a friendly hello and smile. All of the staff are cloth diapering experts and theyre always very happy to answer all of our questions. Parking around their store can be tricky, so I recommend going there in the late afternoon.
