The selection at this location is crazy! Well, I have to actually say I was there 11/15/15 and the 12-18 months section was so small but, I understand that has to do with the public bringing the merchandise in. So I cant knock you for that. But I bought winter jackets, shirts, toilet seat cover for potty training, NICE jeans. I really have a standard on how I dress my son. We are trendy and all about name brands so I dont typically buy from Once Upon a Child, we usually sell. But I love to come in and see what I can find and Im really never disappointed here. They always buy up all of our clothes we bring in (compared to Mesquite) and are so thankful when you donate the rest. The vibes are just awesome here. Good job!

Last time I went the staff was rude and gave off a nasty vibe. I called today to ask what time they closed and the girl that answered told me what time they closed with an attitude and then hung up on me, without saying anything before I could even say thank you. I think the owners should pick who they hire a little more carefully. Also, I went in with three bags full of clothes to sell, in really good condition, and they only took two things out of everything. I still decided to look around and the clothes/shoes they have look very old and some arent even in good condition..they should reconsider what they choose to buy a little more carefully.

Dont even bother taking anything in. I took in some QUALITY clothes and they wouldnt take ANY of them! Said they were the "wrong size". I drove 30 minutes to drop my clothes off and then had to drive back to pick them up after being told they wouldnt buy any of them. What a waste of time! The store itself is ok. Prices seem a little higher than Ive found at similar stores and they have stuff crammed everywhere. Very cluttered environment. I doubt Ill be frequenting this store very often. To be fair, the employees are courteous enough although they seemed stressed from the large number of "buys" behind the counter.

Baby items are practically in new condition! As far as bigger sizes, sometimes I question how some items hanging off the racks got through seeing as how theyve been very particular with gently used items Ive sold to them in the past. Overall, store is organized though they could definitely use more square footage. Employees greet you upon entrance but the owner herself (at least I think shes the owner or mngr) isnt really very friendly. They do have greater selection compared to the Kid2Kid shop up the street and I do like that if you sell, you get your $ that same day whereas Kid2Kid will have you wait 2days.

I go to this store when Im in need of a cute dress or some house shoes for my five year old, its organized and clean (not the restrooms they are not clean and they smell bad) they have a LOT of childrens clothes prizes are just ok, second hand girls shirts are $4.50 and if u have the time to really look for a bargain u will find one or two $2.50 shirts, shorts or shoes but I found that target or even Carter store have $2.50 merchandise on half clearance days.. So yes I dont go here often. The service is ok there is no wait in line and the girls working there are always busy.. Overall just and ok store.

My mom took about 3 boxes of baby clothes to the Garland TX location for them to consign. When she refused their ridiculous offer of $2.50 for each box, she went to pick the clothes up. Get this, they stole some of the name brand clothes then denied it. Abby was the assistant manager there. SCAM, SCAM, THIEVES, THIEVES. This company seems to be hiring a lot of questionable employees. Pass this story along for others to be warned. Dont fall victim to these deceitful people.

I fell in love with the store!!! ❤️ They have tons of stuff to choose from!! I went to sell and I couldnt help getting out of there with a new stroller! The waiting wasnt much, I was expecting a lot less than what I was given for my items it was CRAAAZZYYY!!! The stuff is what makes the store have this nice and friendly environment! Theyre super friendly, I really loved my experience here, even tho I drove for 40 minutes it was worthy.

Good place to go for second hand kids clothes, not so much for some toys. Most of the toys are incomplete or missing some part. They have a lot of cloths to pick from and everything is at a decent price. You wont find any steels here and you wont find the one specific thing you are looking for. But you will find a lot of cloths to fill a wardrobe if you wanted to.

Been taking items here a few times to sell. Some are brand new with tags, others gently worn. Cant comprehend what exactly they are looking for to buy when my friends go in to shop and see items with stains, snags, and more wear than what I have tried to sell. If you have time, youll make more money on ebay, mercari, carousel, or a yard sale.

Will never go back. If you have time, youll make more money on ebay, various apps like mercari or let it go, or throwing a garage sale. Bad customer service and rude when asked why some clothing has pulls/wear and tear, yet wont purchase any brand new clothes with the tags.

I basically took in brand new pants that my daughter never got to wear still brand new.and they say they wasnt up to there standards but when I was walking through the store it was junky and not very appealing to me I will never go to this store again.

I was not impressed. Went in for my first time to check out the clearance sale. The prices on the non clearance were not a deal. I can get bran new stuff for the same price. Yes, it is probably a name brand issue, but Im not into that.

Bought a toy that ended up being broken, they wouldnt exchange or buy it back. They only give a few cents per clothing cosignment. I wouldnt recommend buying anything but clothes & even then check the seems, check for holes & stains.

I always find great deals. Reasonable prices but some of the jeans over priced. Its second hand so prices should reflect to be affordable. On another note....I will continue to buy here. Atmosphere and employees are friendly.

This is a small store and its dirty. The bathroom is filthy, they have no shopping baskets, and they are much much slower than they tell you for appraising clothing. Save yourself a headache and go to the Plano location.

Found very cute, gently used baby clothes. I went to this location originally to by clothes for antique Cabbage Patch Dolls. I was impressed with new toys and new tights that had me returning for Granddaughter clothes.

Got the worst offer here and the employees were rude and seemed frustrated and rushed. Plus, all the items being sold were not a deal at all. If anything, if seen cheaper at original price in department stores.

Huge selection. Good prices. My main complaint is the aisles are too small, which makes it hard to go through the store when its crowded...and dont even try bringing a stroller in there.
