Its 6:55pm and an employee says to me and my wife "were closing could you hurry up". The posted time of closing is 7:30pm online but obviously the employees closing tonight want to go home early and asked every customer remaining to conclude their shopping by 7:00. The attitudes are repulsive, nobody asked if we needed assistance while looking at an item that had no price tag, but forced us to end our shopping. You could hear the employees over their radios telling each other to hurry up the customers or theyll be there late. I understand people want to go home in a timely manner but there are more professional ways to handle yourselves and manage a store.

Ive had such a bad experience with these people! I ordered a baby dresser and it took a MONTH for us to receive. We were promised 5-10 business days. We went ahead and ordered a glider thinking this time would be different, boy were we wrong. Ive been on the phone with them for 30 minutes and come to find out it hasnt shipped from their warehouse. Now they are saying 14 business days. Never again am I ordering from this store!

Worst customer service ever! I tried to exchange a baby pajamas that was came undone after one use, and a manager named Andrew didnt want to give me a new one because he said it had been used!. Then he kept asking stupid questions like if it still had the label on, when I just told him it had been used. Not sure how that person made it to be a manager!

This store NEVER answers the damn phone! Your calling obviously to get information without having to drive way to there store. Ive called 7 times and NO ONE has answered the phone! Clearly management is terrible because they cant seem to get there employees to do there job, which means the managers arent doing there!

Bought a $100 gift card a month later came to use it and they said there is $0 on it and that it has never been activated before! So the manager said there is nothing they can due that it was probably an employee error that the value was never put on the card. Seriously?! So mad.

Customer service sucks. Ready to buy a walker but the one I wanted was on top shelf. No one stopped and helped. Toys r us guy told me to go to baby registry but no one helped me there. Just looked at me. Never coming back. Was ready to buy.

Nice selection, but their service is slow. I waited more than 15 minutes in line when there was only one person in front of me and she had a question. I suggest figuring out a more efficient way to operate.

There was no soap in the restrooms and only one lane open with about 20 people in line. I cant believe this page caters to families with small children.

Standard babies/toys r us location. Staff generally non-existent and unhelpful. Store is somewhat clean. Parking lot is generous and mainly unbusy.
