Great store and considering there arent very many Babies R Us stores in the area , Im glad there is one conveniently located in Sugar Land. However, although I do like the stores selection and cleanliness, I must say they are seriously in need of more employees, cashiers to be precise. Checking out is such a hassle and waiting 20-30min is just terrible. Just the other day the manger (with only 1 cashier) seemed stressed out and the checkout line was simply getting longer and not moving. I feel sorry for her and shes doing the best she can. So because of that I wait and try not to make any extra issues for her (such as exchanges etc)They need more cashiers. Hire like 2-3 more employees for the floor and checkout. As for the customer service , I must say Ive never experienced anything bad. The staff seems to be friendly and helpful.

The website isnt user friendly for one thing but as far as this location, Im not terribly upset about the service but it could be better. When I set up my registry the girl spoke very fast and due to baby brain, its difficult to follow....then when returning scanner I was given a little goodie bag which was great but this other girl didnt say "ok" or "alright youre all done" or any indication that she was done with me and my husband so we were waiting for her to finish with us when apparently she was done in five seconds and didnt state so. So overall, better communication with customer service and this place could be the greatest!

COUPONS ARE A BAIT AND SWITCH. Babies R Us sends us coupons in the mail on a weekly basis. My wife and I have never been successful using any of the coupons. Not once! The sales clerk always has an excuse to not accept the many coupons we get in the mail. "Oh, this coupon is for toys." "We dont take coupons for items already on sale." "We dont take coupons for Ergobaby brand." "We dont take coupons since everything is on clearance." "That item is already discounted." Im wondering how long it will take until the Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Office gets involved.

“I rarely write reviews, but this man (DANNY) deserves a medal. I think he is the best store manager that we encountered, he is very professional, friendly and the best thing he tried to make the life of the customers easy especially in returning an item. He rendered the best customer service and because of this kind of person it makes the place/store great. Even we live far from this place but my husband and I are willing to drive all the way here, Its worth going out of your way for an awesome place.

Worst store ever!!!!!!!! I am shopping else where from now on. I have been coming to this store location because it is near my house. I have always had a bad experience going there. I was ready to purchase a crib and tried to call twice been put on hold for over 5 minutes. I cant seem to get anyone to help. I will now move my business else where. Management at this store needs to know whats going on and or district manager. I will go to a local Baby Store. Good bye Babies R Us

Was a bigger babies r us than I expected and was well organized but I went to pick up my registry gift bag and everything in the bag sucked. There was only 2 Coupons one for shutterfly which was $20 BUT IT EXPIRED in MAY and I picked the bag up Mid JULY. And for Huggies diapers expiring one month later. the rest was just information on products to buy but no actual help for a first time mommy. I recommend trying a different babies r us or Targert!

I just walked out they have ride employees I waited in line for 45 minutes trying to buy my daughter a birthday present before I went off to work I just set the stuff I was going to buy to the side of the register and left and theyre busy talking to each other about other employees we dont want to hear that deserves -1 stars !

I didnt even have to step into the store to realize the potential horrible customer service. I called to inquire about baby car seat inspection which they offer, but got put on hold 3 different times I tried calling and each time they never came back to answer. Is this even real?!

Babies R US in general is overpriced, misleading, and takes advantage of their market. Save yourself some time and money, buy online or through independent sellers. Babies R US is the man.
