I agree that Kid to Kid has a great selection of childrens items that are priced within reason, but if you are thinking about selling your gently used items to them I would highly suggest selling it yourself and not bringing it here. What a rip off! I brought a large selection of girls clothes including tops, pants, jeans, dresses, coats and shoes to sell. The original cost of these items new were $10 and up for each, one of the dresses was originally $59 and was only worn once. All the clothes were clean with no stains or holes and little to no wear and tear. Considering there was at least 50 items I wanted to sell, I was hoping to get $50 for the entire box of clothes. After they went through and processed the items I was only given the choice of $15.45 cash or a $20 store credit! Since you sign a waiver prior to their processing your items, it means you give up the right to get them back after you agree to let them process the order. Very disappointed, especially since they will now sell those same items between $5 and $20 a piece, based on the average store prices for those items, and make at least $200! I will never shop or bring items here again.

Horrible experience today. Ive been a long time customer and have earned a "red bag" with a discount. I forgot it at home (30+ minute drive), and even though they looked it up in the computer that I had indeed earned it, they refused to give me the discount because I didnt have it in hand. The girl "texted her manager" but had an attitude the whole time saying, "policies are policies". You just lost a customer and all the future recommendations I wouldve gladly given. Also, the selection today was much poorer quality than previous shopping experiences at your store.

Used to love this place. Went in today and I was quite disappointed. The selection was minimal at best. They didnt have any high end clothes like Im used to seeing on the end caps. I only saw one thing that was cute and it had a stain on it. I brought in 2 garbage bags full of clothes, of which they only kept 8 items and gave me $6 for all 8 things. I can see why there wasnt much selection in the store, they dont buy anything people take in! I will go back one day and hopefully have better luck but not going back anytime soon!

Ive sold items here about twice in the past four months since discovering this hidden gem. Buy back prices are way better than One Upon a Child. All of the clothes that are not brand name ( or high end designer) are super reasonably priced and affordable. If you think the clothes are expensive over here, wait until you go to any Once Upon a Child retailer. THEY charge ridiculous prices for items from Carter, Just One You, etc brands. This is my favorite childrens consignment shop!

DONT DO IT!!!! Worst experience Ive ever had with a resale shop. This place is horrible. There are way too many employees here to just be standing around doing nothing. There were 6 or more employees here doing absolutely nothing. There was only one person ahead of me to sale clothes and I still there for an hour and thirty minutes. The other employees just stood around pretending to be some sort of help to the employee sorting clothes. Just pathetic.

I recommend never to sell your clothes to them because they will offer you pennies off the dollar. I brought a whole bag of clothes to be sold and was offered $20 or $26 with a store credit! I recommend for you not to supply this cheap company your things you will do better selling your clothes on your own and get much more!

This place is ok. Some great deals on a few things, but frankly a 20% discount off retail prices on others. But with a normal sale on retail items you all the sudden can find new & used items for the same price. The few items I looked at were dirty and scratched. Just wasnt a good deal, at least from my view.

They are selling ur things for way more then u paid for it but giving u nothing.. the cloths are really used and they are selling them for ridiculous prices. Next time I will just give the things away to someone who needs them instead of selling because I basically got ripped off....

this is a great place to buy clothes and toys for my boys. Ive noticed all their items are top notch and look like new. When my wife brought home some clothes, I thought they were brand new. I will definitely continue to shop at Kid to Kid. Their staff was also extremely helpful.

I was eating dinner with my family near the Galleria when we decided to pop in the store. I didnt realize it was a resale shop. Everything looks new and is so clean! Definitely not what I expected from a resale shop. We will definitely be back.

This place has gotten sooooo bad and will not take items but has items on floor that is stained and shrunk and stretched.. they rip you off with trying to buy some of your items... offer you 10 bucks for over 200 dollars worth of clothes...

Drove for 2 hours to get here and extremely rude staff said stopped buying stuff at 3:30 and it was 3:38 . Explained we had been driving 2 hours they didnt care and were very rude and bathroom dirty smelled of urine.

Ive been to this store several times and will continue to go so obviously I like it. My only real gripe is that the place is tiny and when busy is hard to get someone to help you on the really tall shelves.

Awful service. It took forever for the buyer to get to my items. She moved like a snail, answered calls, answered other customers questions, etc. couldnt multitask!!! All while I waited. I was here early!!
