A Private User

I have shopped at this store for years and I am a mother of two children. I must admit that the store sometimes is limited on items but I try to remember that it is the warehouse that doesnt send them the products desired. However, they do what they can to get me what I need even if it means calling another store and losing the sale. The young man who works there is incredibly informative and very honest. Much like the rest of the staff, he helps me get what I need, rather than what they are trying to sell. Many of the workers there are already parents so they have their own personal touch to add to customer service. 5 stars for helping me when I need it!

We have shopped here before because they have lots of great stuff you cant find in other stores. However the service is TERRIBLE. We walked in with our 5 year old and newborn to find all the retail workers clustered around the till. After being ignored for five minutes I asked if we could have some help. I was told they could help after they finished with their current client. Then, after another three minutes waiting with baby, we were told it would be at least 10 minutes before we could be helped. This would have been fine if it didnt feel like we were being dismissed. It was all very Pretty Woman. Anyway. Big mistake....Huge.....

I have shopped here several times. First off they have some nice items but not a very big selection. This store is very small! For big items I would recommend babys 1st furniture! Much bigger selection and nicer staff. They have a good deal on madela pumps and are easy to deal with if you need a pump rental. Be WARNED do NOT buy any feeding or bras from them. They have a horrible return policy and pretty much wont let you return anything. I got a 50 dollar bra as a gift it was too big! It was NEVER worn. They would not allow me to return it. Amazon and other stores will allow you to return these items.

I asked the associate about some spoons and I feel like she just told me they were great to make a sale (I should have trusted my gut) and didnt actually know anything about them because theyre the worst spoons I have ever used in my life. They look like silicon shovels. And of course I cant return them even though I feel like I was lied to to make a sale. Darn spoons are so flimsy, once food gets on there, it bends and it just slides off. At least they make good teethers. I wont be coming back here again. ☹️

I really love how this store always have a great selection, especially the books and toys, they have special items that you wont find in your regular toy stores. However, the service is terrible its just discouraging. I went there and wanted to buy so many things for my daughter. The associates were not helpful, they were just sitting behind the register barely answered questions and didnt bother to TRYusing the coupon that I had (they said the coupons were online only). Plus the store is always so hot!

I went to Right Start a month or so ago to buy my niece a birthday present. I loved the selection of toys and sundries for my now one year old niece. I was able to make the purchase I wanted. The customer service was great! Laura is the associate that helped me. We hit off great, and talked about how we have the same first name. I walked out with what I needed and my niece loves her toys! Thanks for the help! You guys rock!

I got a Clek car seat on November and they supposed to call me to install it, it is January 2016 and they have no called me, they just said that the people who install car seats are booked up, yeah for almost 2 months ??? How do you offer a service that you can not do? It was a $479 car seat
