Came in for a stroller and crib. The first guy that helped us out was nice and placed the stroller at the front register. I browsed around with my husband and mom for the crib finally decided on one my husband went to look for help he said all the employees spread like cockroaches and he waited for some Indian / Hindu woman whatever she is to help when she was done helping a person which she never did. Then I went to the front and asked her for help to give me a full price on everything minus a 15% percent coupon I had since I only had a certain limit to spend until my physical credit card arrives I wanted to make sure I had enough at the time. she said she couldnt do it so she called some black lady that talked extremely slow and looked like she just woke up my goodness talking to her made me tired! Anyways she did do what I ask her to do what that other dumb Indian woman didnt wanna do. But as I kept asking her my concerns she was giving me totally different answers i kept repeating myself like 90 times so I just walked out this damn store. Obviously they dont want peoples business thats why the store was dead

Dont ever buy something here you need delivered, such as furniture. Stores contract their own delivery service and online customer support cannot help if you bought the items in store. Their delivery company (XPO Logistics) cancelled twice, once with about a days notice and once after they missed the delivery window. Then on the 3rd scheduled delivery date, they didnt show up at all, no phone calls or anything. After 2 hrs of phone calls both to the store and to the delivery company, I FINALLY got a call saying they were sending a truck deliver, at 4 pm. The delivery "window" was 9am-1pm which I called and confirmed at 9am!

Never going to this particular store again. Went to look for a stroller/ carrier/ travel system and out of all 5 that I loved, the lady kept telling me they either didnt have it or it was discontinued so it wasnt in the store any longer. Whats the point of having it on display if its not going to be available. Going to another location hopefully they have some there.

I never had a bad experience here. Reason being because I work here! We try to help everyone as much as we can and we never leave noone, if people come to the store or any store your always going t have the bad experience. It doesnt matter what store you go to your always going to. If you dont like how we do things at Babies R Us dont shop there. Thank you!

We have had nothing but issues with this place despite many chances. The staff here is not courteous and if they make any mistakes, they will not make it right. The customer will always lose. Avoid if possible and if not, hope there is nothing wrong with your product or you will be on the losing side.

Very few employees to help you. Ladies bathroom was out of TP in 2 of the stalls and there was no soap to wash your hands with. I was there during a rainstorm and the roof was leaking, my daughter (8 months pregnant) almost slipped down because there was not a warning sign.

So we have been coming to this location for several months now, and every time weve come they havent had a manager on staff or if there was one, none of the employees knew who they were. The bathrooms in the store were nasty. It took 30 minutes to get help.

Unusually broad range of products compared to other similar stores in Houston area, with seemingly endless stock. The staff and management has been exceptional as well. I would recommend anyone go out of their way to this store even if others are closer.

Watch the register when checking out. I have been over charged on "sale" items and even regular merchandise many times. I love their unique Koala clothes. Anything thing else can be found at a better price elsewhere.

Awesome staff! The young lady walked us through the entire store telling us what she recommended and what was their best sellers. She answered all our questions and some. Extremely helpful for a first time mom.

Love babies r us great selection of items and they do price comparison. store is pretty clean one down fall the price scanner is always broken and price tags are always missing great bargains all the time

Its a nice store with a great selection, but its priced higher than other stores even with a mfg coupon or an in-store sale. We only shop there when they have something we cant find at another store.

Very quiet store. Has many sale options and brand selections. They didnt have any of the "free" wipes from the coupons left, but it was a good store with helpful employees.
