My husband and I spent at least an hour here today, looking specifically at cribs, car seats and co sleepers. Not one employee stopped to ask us if we needed help, and when we did find a employee stocking shelves, he acted like he didnt see us and as we approached to ask a questions, he quickly grabbed his paperwork and started walking in the other direction. The co-sleepers on display were so poorly put together I think I spent a half hour fitting a bassinet bottom to the actual frame/structure of the sleeper. It seemed like a good product, but again, I had some questions. So @ 8 months pregnant, sweating, noticeably swearing - got that pos put together. In that whole time, again, no employee approached or asked to help. While there, I had to use the restroom, and like other reviewers stated, the bathroom is terrible. A complete horror show, utterly disgusting. The first stall has so much rust (I sure as ess hope that was rust) forming on the rim of the toilet I felt like throwing up. I used the second stall (tip for other mothers). Wash your hands! Twice! As much as we wanted to spend around $500 today on baby things, I was so disappointed in the lack of help, cleanliness and quality. I may look at registering some place else. - that reminds me, I registered here a week ago and received a little more help then than today, so maybe its hit or miss, but before I registered, I was told the customer service here lacks but they take coupons and price match, so thats why I registered here. Next time I guess Ill just put on my big girl panties and demand a better service (and not drink anything before I shop.)

Overpriced with terrible service and filthy bathrooms. Employees completely ignored me even while I was struggling to lift a bulky item off a shelf. It was rude anyway, but youd think they would be trained to help all giant pregnant women! Like another review said, the rewards program is a scam! I spent around $1000, thinking that saving on shipping (target carries the same crib, stroller and carseat I bought, but not in store and none had a free shipping offer) and the rewards would make it a better value! They since claimed that I had not bought anything under my rewards account #, despite my stack of receipts with the rewards account # printed right on it! The bathrooms at this location were VILE. Considering all the customers with morning sickness, I would expect some extra effort, but the conditions werent even suitable for a trashy bar. First stall- smeared with blood on the toilet seat and bowl, second stall- diarrhea splashed out of the toilet and all over the floor, third stall- someone had peed all over the floor then mopped it with toilet paper, which they left on the floor!

Absolutely horrible experience with this store. My fiancè and I ordered a rocker and ottoman in October. It was supposed to be ready in 6-8 weeks. 4 months went by without our order being fulfilled. I called and they said that the order had JUST arrived. I went to pick up our order and waited thirty minutes or better for them to bring it out. I looked in the box and it was only the rocker, no ottoman. After another 20 minute wait they told me the ottoman was at the warehouse and they would ship it to me. 2 months later and we have NO OTTOMAN. I called today and the manager told me that our ottoman was nowhere to be found and has been discontinued. So now we have no ottoman to match our rocker which we ordered 6 MONTHS AGO. The manager felt that giving us our money back for the ottoman was "making things right". He did nothing more than that. I told him that I would never step foot in that store again and he hung up the phone on me. UNACCEPTABLE!

My wife and I have spent a considerable amount of money at Babies R Us since becoming pregnant and thought their rewards program was a good deal. However, we recently had our rewards money stolen from our mail and Babies R Us customer service refused to help or re-issue the rewards per their terms. Legalese aside, if you are considering shopping at Babies R Us, DONT. Their rewards program is a sham, their customer service is terrible and their prices are too high for the effort of going into their store. You can find the same products at better prices with better service elsewhere.

The service is nonexistent in this store. Every time I have been to this store is seems they are are about 2 or 3 employees short of what they should have. On one occasion there was only one person working the service desk and there were no associates at the check out. Therefore all returns and purchases were going through this one person. Needless to say the line was huge. I would also recommend going to Buy Buy baby if you actually want to spend less than an hour checking out and you want staff that i helpful.

I am glad Babies R Us has a competitor in Buy Buy Baby.. Babies R Us is a bad shopping experience.. ALWAYS. Sales reps are dry.. never smile or talk nicely.. as if they are forced to work.. I have to walk around the full store to find someone to help. Thankfully, I have found someone who knows the answer. Some reps are so pushy, especially during some sale period that they dont have patience to let you think. They all should be sent to some GOOD SALES TRAINING. I only go if there is no choice.

Look dont believe what poeple are saying on here they are nice and help me out alot in what my wife needs look I know it might be a pain in the butt working here with 6 month pregnant woman walking in with mix feelings look. U try working with a pregnant woman whos always nagging put urself in there place its a hard job and if anyone out there says that pregnant woman dont complain too much is a lie and all u guys know it. And understand they are trying to work as hard as they can.

My intial impression of Babies "R" Us was always negative until a friend and I went to do a registry. Everyone was extremly friendly. Each sales associate that came into our vicinity congratulated her on expecting. The process for registry was smooth and fun! They even called her a couple days later and followed up and wanted to again congratulate her. Even though the merch may be a little more expensive, the service makes up for it!

The associates tried to help as much as they could, but were very limited on what they were ALLOWED to do. The lack of empowerment caused delays for customers, frustration and anxiety for the associates, and the manager was being pulled in several different directions. It was very inefficient. I was very disappointed in the overall service when checking out.

My wife and I have been treated so very rudely in this location 3 times. Weve sent up messages to babies r us corporate, but they just dont care. The staff will talk about you like youre not there, and dont get me started on the (lack of) customer service associates. I would NEVER recommend going to this ( or now any) babies r us!
